I can’t get my head around the money they must spend. Two teachers (and one who only works 3 days) can’t earn enough money for all the holidays they go on, meals out they have and all the stuff that she buys, as well as the everyday mortgage, cars and bills, surely?

As a teacher, I’d agree! But I would also suggest that as she lives in the North that living costs will probably be lower and teachers’ pay is the same throughout the country (no disrespect to northerners at all!). I’m from Berkshire and she’s likely earn similar to me whilst housing costs being probably half the amount. But she didn’t teach for long before having a baby so she won’t be earning too much so who knows!

but didnt she say she had issues with going to the loo? If she did wouldnt a dr do something not just say go take laxatives. My mum abused laxatives for years (like 20 years) and couldnt go without them in the end, just like Kate apparently?

That amount she gained during pregnancy is seriously worrying. I was pregnant at the same time as Kate and gained 1.5 stone - not because I'm a super skinny minny (probably a bit bigger than she was before she fell pregnant) but because I was sensible with my eating! Within 2 weeks was back to pre pregnancy weight because I didn't scoff my face for 9 months its not a hard concept to understand

I wonder how many calories she is actually consuming a day on this so called amazing plan.

Scrambled egg whites with a bit of protein is essentially nothing!

Thought the same when she posted what she had eaten yesterday. No way she’s consuming enough calories for someone who is training like she is now. I do weight lifting and I have a PT trainer I also train with and I get told to eat between 1500 and 1600 cal a day and there’s no way she’s having that. She’s also knocking back those shakes which are only really needed after she’s trained not as a meal, she should be getting the majority of protein from her food
