I don't think she ever has been tbh. She massively appropriates Japanese culture and copies others work and just changes it enough to appear original. The drawings and designs are pretty basic, you don't need to be a professional illustrator for that.In my eyes she’s not even an illustrator anymore. Had to look up her logo again because of this, it does look like a fish!Also, I just have to say, I have always thought the logo for Katnipp was a fish. It took me years to realize it's just her head/hair, not fins.
