The fact that a literal brain surgeon - a BRAIN SURGEON! sat and testified that Johns head injury was categorically from a high velocity fall onto hard ground, NOT from an item hitting the back of his head and NOT from a bodyweight fall, and there are still people trying to squirm their way out of that testimony is absolutely insane. Insane. No other word for it.

I think you’ve misheard that part. They were discussing the laceration on the back of John’s head, and the Dr agreed that you could get that type of laceration from falling backwards. He described Johns laceration and resultant skull fracture being the result of a high velocity fall onto hard ground.
