Just watched Kanye’s stories. From what I can gather they were all together and the game decided to DM Tina Knowles and they all were laughing then Kanye put it on instagram. They then started making a song and mix from one of Tina’s posts and just went far with it and ended up adding one of Tina Turner’s songs in too

You would think with the whole conservatorship rules in the US (is this sort of the same as being 'sectioned' in the UK??), someone could do something? But then perhaps firing off tweets isn't really a danger to other people or himself.
