It’s pretty big! Gorgeous old property with features like free standing bath and massive kitchen with AGA. Loads of outdoor space too. It was on for offers over £295,995.

It’s not there. Listings come off Rightmove once exchange has taken place. They do appear around 3 months later under “sold house prices” though.

I was wondering this, the podcast hasn’t been active for months now!
They upped the monthly Patreon subscription fee not long ago and have been charging membership throughout the podcast break. The justification was they were posting a weekly vlog but they have been so boring. I actually have to fast forward through Zoe’s bits because they are so dull and moany. She’s so miserable
I don’t know how many Patreon members they have but it’s definitely a lot and certainly enough for Jess to sustain a good income along with the odd brand deal.
Good grief - episode 7 of a kitchen ‘reveal’ and she’s still not finished revealing it…these influencers know how to string things out.
