I have anxiety, ptsd & ocd and have been medicated and well controlled for a long time however i still see a psychologist a few times a year to stay on top of it. That is not normal. When anxiety (or any diagnosis) becomes so overwhelming that you cannot function or complete an ordinary task, you need to recognise it’s too much, too consuming and take steps to get help. Usually it’s a full approach; psychology, health adjustments, medication (everyone is different, it’s not one size fits all). She also has the same thyroid disease that i do, this can cause anxiety symptoms during a flare or when medication needs to be adjusted. She needs help, and i say that with kindness! it’s not normal to live like that

the fact she posts that to her account instead of having the tools and the toolkit to manage these intense episodes of it tells me she doesn’t have the right support in place and is probably quite lonely in her life. If she reads this i hope she takes it with kindness and looks at it objectively. No one needs to suffer like this. Lots of us have obstacles that prevent us from getting support, particularly financial. We know she doesn’t have those obstacles! do something about it Jules, your kids are watching
