You were just being kind I get why people are going to naturally have empathy but I just got immediate bad vibes from her when she uploaded that vid. Maybe I’m pessimistic but I just find her very dramatic and attention seeking. If they were in a long term relationship and living together then yes I would get it but she’s jumping on it way too much. The deleting and re uploading thing is mad too.

I feel bad for her, she was treated appallingly as a young person figuring themselves out in the public eye. I wonder if people forget just how young your early 20s actually are.

so I’ve just caught up on all of this and seen that her ex has put up a video regarding Jojo ending the relationship. There is no denying that there was chemistry between Chris and Jojo but I can’t help but feel sorry for jojo’s ex. Imagine watching your world coming crashing down round about you on national TV. Jojo clearly isn’t a nice person and she has a cheek to sing about karma because what she has done to her ex will come back to bite her on the ass hopefully!

He knows what he is doing and is likely stringing her along to get some attention. So, if she has genuinely dumped her girlfriend to be with him, it's going to backfire bigtime.

She’s grown up in the public eye with an emotionally immature mother - I’m not surprised she seems weird.

I like Jojo too but she’s very full on at times.

The Chris Hughes relationship is honestly quite creepy to me. She's so full on, he seems less so. The song/whole dance production she did for him made me cringe myself inside out she seems desperate for a proposal/babies/etc and hes just...there. likely questioning his life choices at this point lmao

Has anyone watched the Child Star documentary with Demi Lovato? Jojo is on it and talks about posting on Snapchat 200-300 times a day and how every moment of her life is documented. How damaging must that be? She’s been thrown into this life and now can’t get out of it without going full recluse but she never will as she’s addicted to the fame.

She makes me cringe too. She overshares so much and the very public displays of her feelings for Chris are just a bit much. I do like her though, I think she seems like a lovely and kind person and she handles a lot of things with more maturity than people twice her age. I was all for her and Chris at first but as time has gone on it looks quite obvious he's not that into her but their fans refuse to hear any criticism of him. I've noticed him negging her and having a weird attitude towards her multiple times in videos and shares very little about her online and doesn't show much public support for her work. Wouldn't surprise me if he's only still with her because he can't figure out how to end it without getting backlash from her fans.

I don't think the age gap is the issue personally. I think a lot of people are putting too much pressure on then though...have they even confirmed a relationship? They live in different countries, several hours away from each other, they have completely different lives and schedules...they could simply just be having a bit of fun, seeing where it goes etc then there's people online making videos of their wedding and children. If I was either one of them that would make me run a mile . I do like jojo, I don't really know chris to have much of an opinion but I think jojo is the kind to be an all or nothing kind of girl and I fear she may be heading to heartbreak. I hope I'm wrong but I think there's so much pressure on them to be a perfect couple already...its a bit much imo

Did you read the comments on this song? Not only did she not add a line but this is someone else's song (Emmaline?) who posted it on TikTok 2 years ago and had no idea Jojo was singing it on her album (I use the term singing loosely cos autotune...)
