I don't think they'd even try for a mortgage, I think they're wanting to buy outright. It's a very cheap area:
£70k would buy a 2bed house similar to the one they're in now. £90k for a 3bed terrace in decent condition. 3 bed semis start at £110k.

I see the go fund me is being advertised in her comments again. They bought practically nothing for their new born and now people are expected to pay for a new house. They may as well just advertise their bank details at this point. Every video now starts with a caption about buying a new house. It's just another subtle hint for people to take pity. Begging scroungers. Pretending marsh is working from home when he clearly isn't. Is they were serious about buying a property he would be out there doing all he could to earn the money needed.
