Saw it advertised and had flashbacks to when she was in shameless. She’s a very versatile actor.

I'm up to date with, it, watched 2 and 3 this afternoon, even tried going on my5 to get episode 4, no such luck. I think it's brilliant, but like lee ingleby as well. They were both in the Long Shadow a few months ago about the Yorkshire ripper, and she was in a brilliant episode of George Gently with lee ingleby

Just finished the last episode I really enjoyed it Jill was fab playing the baddie
@Rosie glow -- I don't want to give the ending away to anyone who hasn't seen it but loved it, really suspenseful, nearly tit myself at one point, great acting from all the cast, hoping there's a second series

Is anyone else waiting for 'Number One Fan' starting next Monday 4th, Sally Lindsay co stars ( like Sally aswell) with Jill Halfpenny. Think it's on over four consecutive nights.

Totally agree about Jill, there are so many good actresses on TV, nicola walker, Marsha thomason, sharon small and a favourite of mine Amanda Redman.
The trailer was on for Number one Fan, and looks brilliant, could be Jill playing the 'baddie', can't wait

I absolutely love Sheridan Smith but her latest bbc 1 drama wasn't great
I didn't know one had been on, she was brilliant when she played Ann, the mother of a girl murdered by her husband. I can't remember what it was called but it was on ITV. Well worth a watch if you haven't seen it. Very upsetting because it was a true story.I absolutely love Sheridan Smith but her latest bbc 1 drama wasn't great
