I can’t find it now, it could have been scrubbed or maybe I’m just going completely bonkers but I swear at the time when she started missing events due to “health” and when the rumours started about her leaving there was a blind item which alleged something along the lines of “a four piece foreign born girl group” (as in not from America) giving a member an ultimatum/ intervention due to drug usage. Can’t remember word for word but it implied a bit of a narrative of get clean or leave. The wording kind of implied jesy- I’m sure it mentioned missing events/ something that coincided with LM at the time. Obviously the blind could have been someone else/ a crock of shit but when the news came about her leaving I did wonder. Since then there was only one solved blind saying the reason was because she wanted to pursue other opportunities

Little Mix was their job. They were a manufactured pop band from a show, not lifelong friends. And how many people stay in touch with their old work colleagues? Mostly they're the reason why you left said job in the first place! I think it would be very false for the other members to send Jesy some sort of platitudes online like others have been in a desperate rush to.

They are genuinely friends though. Jade especially, anything the girls have on, she’s always there supporting nmw

I used to love her, but after the Nikki Minaj saga, that was it. I think she’s a narcissist and after all her melt downs with music videos I think she’s truly problematic.

I think Leigh’s disgust of her goes back further than we all know, they’re literally the same age and went to the same school, albeit, jesy was a year older. However, SYTS small school and they act like they had never met, they absolutely did. Someone I know went to SYTS and there is like 30 or less people in each year group and your paths cross. Something doesn’t sit right with me over this. Like Jade and peri never knew each other but they knew of each other. South Sheilds isn’t huge but they went to different schools and peri went into college where as Jade went straight in the band.

I don’t dispute she was treated terribly by the media and Katie Hopkins included. Anyone from the X factor days knew she was bullied horrifically. But shes absolutely milking this TTTS and updating followers. I would never wish her harm, I hope she has a stress free pregnancy from here on in, but after that I hope she fucks right back off under her rock.

Anyone know what her fella does? I don’t get good vibes from them as a couple. I’m assuming he’s being used for his sperm? She doesn’t seem to be in love with him. I dunno it seems off. He does come across quite placid and genuine on the few snippets I’ve seen of him though.

I didn't mind her too much in the group but one thing that annoyed me was the whole Zayn obsession she had after he and Perrie split. Fair enough with the girls wanting to stand up for her but Jesy just couldn't let it go and continually made jabs when they were promoting STME and even on stage, not caring that Perrie was uncomfortable as she did it. I remember the Brits the year they won Best Single, and she made a comment about him and Perrie told her to shut up and she shrugged it off saying she was just having a good time. Honestly, she was so obsessed that you would think she was the one he did the dirty on and not Perrie.

I was going to say that I can smell a documentary out of this. I'm not comfortable though with someone telling the story of their children.... like a PP mentioned, it's not always black/white around consent. Especially if the parent is earning money from telling said story.

Bloody hell. I can’t believe she moaned about doctors asking questions. They need to ask the questions repeatedly because mistakes can happen and records can be mistaken, mixed up or insufficiently detailed and getting things right can be crucial to not harming the babies and getting their treatment right. Things could have changed since they saw a different doctor too, so they have to ask. When you’re accessing life extending treatment for your children, why would you be bothered about answering a few questions? Most mothers would climb uo razor sharp rocks or walk over broken glass on burning sand to make sure their kids got their treatment. Why the fuss over being asked a few extra questions? I don’t think she’s bright or informed enough to understand why they do it.

This is her talking about when she was dealing with the NHS. I just don’t like her tone when she speaks about the doctors how she’s rolling her eyes. She was like this a lot in the interview and I get it must be frustrating but like you say above this is the process so mistakes don’t happen! Her personality slipped back through from years ago where she would always come across as very entitled and moany.

Warwick university are doing a research study about adding SMA to the heel prick. My youngest (summer 2024) was in a level 3 NICU out of our area, not sure if this plays a part as it’s a larger city down south than the very small southern town where I am from. We only have a standard SCBU locally not a more severe unit. We had to consent after a chat and the researcher came back 24hours later to check again before adding it in. Then we got given an email survey maybe 6 months later which after thoughts questions. I’m not sure if it will get added to the heel prick but there’s got to be significant talks if some areas are doing it.
