You're very welcome! I have another one for you - I've just finished 'The Natural History of Crime' by Patricia Wiltshire. She's the forensic ecologist who studies the pollen and spores found on bodies and on the suspects. I will definitely check out 'Seven Ages' too 😊

(I don't spend all my time reading about death honestly. I'm just interested in clever people who know things. Oh, and also dumb people who do daft things. Hence why I'm here 😄).
Thank you, I'll check it out :)

😂Me too. Although, I will say I think my husband may start getting a bit freaked out with all the death books arriving in the post 😂

Patricia Wiltshire is at CrimeConUK. Worth the ticket for Patricia alone.
Can't wait for September!

I am sure there is a documentary (on YouTube) about the Soham murders featuring Patricia and how she used her skills to narrow it to Huntley.

Same here. I love watching forensic shows on the TV and if I see a book, I read it.

Another two books I would recommend is Working Stiff: Two Years, 262 Bodies, and the Making of a Medical Examiner by Judy Melinek who was a New York ME. It's interesting from start to finish and she goes into all different cases including dealing with those who passed on 9/11 and trying to identify them with something as little as a knuckle.

The other is Unnatural Death: Confessions of a Medical Examiner by Michael Baden who goes through a few cases he had over the years and some of the weird ways he had to solve them. He also had a show years ago where he talked about his cases which was really interesting. I think there were about eight or nine altogether.

If anyone is interested in a book and it's out of print or hard to get, take a look at either openlibrary(.)org or archive(.)org as they usually have what you are looking for. It's free to download them and when you have read them, you click to say you are finished.

Back to the subject, did they ever shut the Go Fund Me or is money still being sent in?

I keep hearing this. But, if it’s MWT, it will be he fell off the mountain, case closed. Boring 🥱
I did see something saying the autopsy results will be in the documentary. But don’t we know it all already.

I don’t want a documentary I want it made into a film on Netflix

oh it has been commissioned

We can only hope and pray that there’s some actual reporting in this! Rather than the “he fell off a mountain” nonsense. Hope they interview wax and/or Duncan
