It’s a very formal statement. If it was just a case of Ali not working in the office anymore why not just say that? Like she’s actually distancing herself completely from the brand so something is up!
I can see two sides to it.
There's a big launch coming soon, which usually involves loads of enquiries from potential customers, and a run through of all the products. No doubt Ali was getting messages about it. She has 4 kids and lots going on and probably just wanted to send out a quick message to all to direct them to the website instead of asking her, so maybe that's why it sounds so cold.
It's odd that she didn't tag The Little One though, just posted it, so Janette had to screenshot it to repost it. Neither of them directly thanked the other for their help / said about how great of a time they had together, etc. so it does seem a bit off.
For anyone not around at the time, originally Ali stepped in to help Janette at the last second as she had a miscarriage just before a launch went live, and the website shat itself mid launch and she couldn't handle the messages from people giving out about it with all she had going on already (understandable!). Ali really saved the day, she just came in and took over the launch. Then there was a collab that followed and they just kept working together until they quite suddenly didn't anymore.
It does always surprise me how many holidays she goes on for a self employed person (and she goes on more than she posts, she was on my flight back from Spain a couple years ago and that holiday never made the 'gram). Ali appears to live a much more simple life, yet also appeared to be putting in a lot of work for TLO.

Very annoying as a viewer to see the amount of holidays Janette takes then in the next breath comes on whinging about how hard it is to keep a business afloat.

Definitely read the "what was meant to be one collaboration turned into 4 years" as be grateful you got 4 years when it was only meant to be a one-off collab, especially with the lack of thanks and the coldness of the original post.
Cheap rubbish imo, but for those that do buy it I agree with the above, it wouldn't have taken off like it did without the Ali Dee collab.

I have to say that the bibs are by far the best quality of all of the many types I tried, and anyone I buy them for says the same. The rest of the products aren't as good though for sure, and the sizing can vary massively between two designs of the same type of product in the same size.
Shes a hairdresser mainly weddings seems to have gone v low key and I know a few weddings shes doing so maybe not flogging as much
I remember the last launch, think it was summer, they were saying they’d be on for a live to do a run through. Then an ‘emergency’ came about and they postponed it. Don’t know if it went ahead. Janet went away for the whole summer and probably wanted all the minions in work to keep the business afloat while she was gone. I’d say Ali wanted the summer at home with her kids and it went from there.
I think her only minion now is her dads wife who works there
The look of the AI crew designs are pure rotten lately. They make them look even more cheap and tacky, hard to think that was even possible!

She's doing dirty deletes on the comments of her post where she explains she didn't get a load of the stuff and just sent people cheaper tat "so they wouldn't be disappointed". I'd be fairly bleeping disappointed if I paid what she is charging for a headband and didn't even get it. Will all her shitting on and on could she not have just cancelled the bits that didn't come. FFS.
I think it's actually shameful and should be illegal the way she shares the kids' info. People following for onesies don't need to know what's on the wipe when she cleans Erin's bum but she nearly posts it. If there is no disruption to the office when the kids are sick then why is she posting it on her business page? Get an actual life and cop on with sharing kids medical info.

I’ve never heard of a deep infection in the lymph nodes before, especially in a young child and having the Flu on top. I’d be terrified of sepsis considering her markers aren’t coming down with oral and IV antibiotics.
