I reckon James has lost weight over the last few weeks or else he is very good at disguising it

He DEFINITELY hasn’t. Also he could really benefit from putting the phone down every now and then. He’s absolutely addicted to it.

He is a glutton though... Constantly eating cakes and treats and large portions of food.. don't think he's averse to a drink or two either.
