Well I went to see 'A Little Life' again over the weekend now that it's moved theatres. James was of course bloody brilliant and lovely as always at the stage door.

I loved him in Granchester! And he was in the 2020 Greta Gerwig Little Women, as John, one of the sisters’ husband.Very much enjoyed that! I think his Vicar role in Granchester was his least attractive.( give me bad boy TLR over Sidney anyday) Anyone else seen him in that?

I’m so in love with this man lol. Bit late but, back in December I attended the series 3 premiere of Happy Valley and ugh he’s such a sweetheart! Complete opposite of Tommy, a mix of awkward cuteness and incredibly humble. I discovered him from ‘Belle’ 2013 and watched everything hes ever done since lol. Sadly I couldn’t watch Grantchester after he left, he kind of ‘made’ the show for me and his replacement was jarring; complete fboy compared to hopleless romantic Sidney.

Those 2 shows people left the stage seats too. Funny to have gone so many times and then 2 on the same day has stops and people going!
The show is intense, it had very hard subject matter and a lot of blood. I can sort of understand people feeling a little uneasy with it but I also find it weird to have that powerful a reaction.

A couple of years ago I was Christmas shopping in fortnums and saw him. Kind of situation where you meet eyes and you recognise someone and they know you’ve recognised them.
He seemed very unassuming. I looked away back at what I was doing and by the time I’d looked back to where he was, he’d disappeared.
I got the sense he was pretty quiet and/or absolutely did not want to be recognised or have a fuss made and had scarpered, which I get. And why I don’t ever really approach celebs in the street.
Have to say though, Fortnuns isn’t exactly the lowest key place to be in December!
He was pretty short actually, but absolutely fantastic head of hair.
My friend was at uni with James and said back then, they knew he was going to be a big thing. While his girlfriend at the time was rather plain and they knew she just… was not. (His words, not mine!)

It is. Although today the little monkey was too impatient to allow me to find something to watch so I've ended up on the Homes under the Hammer channel

I was so torn about who to vote for. Obviously I want James to win but there’s no denying that Sarah made Happy Valley what it was so I’d feel bad if James won over her

I've started War and Peace finally!
It's Backgrid so it's highly likely. They are an agency known for staged photos. I don't think he's popular and well known enough to have the paparazzi outside his house.

Yesterday I watched an old episode of Graham Norton where James was on with Jamie Dornan. I think I fall a little bit more in love with him everytime I see him - even more so when you see what an absolute sweetheart he is. I really want to know if Jamie got to see A Little Life because he seemed really excited when James said he was going to be in it!
He cheated on her apparently.

God I can imagine! It's rare to find an actor who seems so genuinely lovely and enjoys meeting people at the stage door rather than feeling like it's a chore .
