She’s on her stories rattling on about nothing but Zelda and Matt are actually going to Leo’s party so I assume Sophie’s side will be there too

I do know a couple in real life who are still living together, have children but are very much separated but waiting to sort selling / buying new houses etc. They still go on holidays and do stuff with the kids together. I do think it feels more like she’s leaning to letting him back in though.

Passport story is suss. Fakey, Flaps, Leo and Kit all went to Barbados in November and you need 6months on passports to be valid.
Fred went to California in August so must have had at least 6 months on it then. Fred has been on holiday with his Dad too surely. So how could anyone's passport be out of date

Fred’s could have expired last month and it would fit that if he last went away with his dad, and his dad still had his passport until recently, or even today, they may not have realised until today.
Not wanting to give the guy an out here, but it is conceivable
