So excited for The Deathly Hallows tomorrow. I never would have listened to the audiobooks if it weren’t for this thread so thank you. I’ve enjoyed them much more than I thought I would.

Up to the bit with Harry’s birthday dinner. Loving this one so far! Making Harry act out all the others when they take polyjuice potion was gold

Finished DH. Very sad the audiobook journey is over.

I will say, I never cried at these books while reading them but the addition of the voice acting made me cry several times in this one.

What a superb achievement these audiobooks are. I don't think I'm gonna want to watch the movies ever again

The TRA’s will hate that no matter what they try , nothing will “cancel” her. I just love her so much , it shows her character that she’s given away over £200 million of her money over the years.

The Deathly Hallows:

I have just got to the bit where Remus goes to Grimmauld Place to tell the trio about the death eaters taking over the ministry and them rounding up muggle borns, and the chapter before was about Kreature and the locket and Regilius Black...damn! So much detail was cut out for the film. I had forgotten a lot of this stuff.

Am in the middle of DH right now its incredible.

The acting is AMAZING.





Im just after listening to the huge fight between Harry and Ron. It actually felt like a real fight that I was standing right there.

The guy doing Harry is absolutely superb

Got to Ch23 on The Deathly Hallows. All the detail I had forgotten!

Like the trace being put on the word 'Voldemort' and the Potter supporters hosting radio shows etc.

I haven't read this for over a decade and it's wowing me all over again. The film barely touched the sides. Looking forward to the TV series really savouring the details.
