Really surprised that the dress is so plain. Was expecting something entirely different. But yes, elegant and plain won't date. Not to keen on the little straps. Reminds me of cheapo vest tops from primark.

Alex has Victoria wrapped around his pasty finger. She is so in love that she doesn't even see how she's being manipulated by him. He's a prick. His income comes from Victoria's brand deals, which come from meetings in London. Since moving to London, she always complained about how tired/drained she is, bla bla bla. So how exactly did she agree to do a huge commute from/to their mansion in the bushes so she does all the things she needs to do in London?
And now he wants kids? Fab idea!! His life goal is for her to become a housewife, whose only goal is to make her hubby happy.
Said it before, will say it again, it baffles me that so many women are willing to give up on things that are hugely important to them, because it's what their partners want. But hey ho, at least she's got herself a fiancé and can have her dream wedding. [emoji57]
I don't like Victoria btw. Only liked her when she was still relatable, living in Manchester and filmed Primark hauls in her bedroom. Her Father's Day post nearly made me sick in my mouth. She's vile.

This is the second picture I've seen now where Victoria looks like all she's trying to do is admire the reflection of herself in the lense whilst her lapdog gazes at her lovingly. Was this honestly the look she was going for?!?! Baffling.

I think they discarded it because there was a spa (under construction) next to the Chateau.

Victoria was livid because she had to spend her "own cash" to find out this initial wedding venue pick was a monstrosity.

Haha. Are you referring to this venue she ruled out and ranted about on her blog? I'd be pissed too. That's hideous.

Per her blog, "We got up at 4am, I spent maybe £600 of my own cash (after using £300 worth of avios points), and me, Alex and Annabel (my wedding planner) went on over to Marseilles to visit this venue in Provence. We get the 7am flight, rent a £150 car over to the place, drive for 1hr 20 excited to see it, and as we walk up to the big gorgeous 16th century chateau, what do we see? A concrete block. Disaster is an understatement. I'm absolutely livid."

When they get high/mighty/preachy in their vlogs they are. When someone questions their eating cheese/eggs/fish and buying leather products it switches to clap backs and “cut me some slack!! We’re doing the best we can guysssssss”

I hang out more on the Lydia thread but pop on here now and again as I can't fathom their fake friendship (and her squealing and baby voice has become insufferable) , but has anyone on here seen the posts on that thread, of Lydia dressing up in her wedding dress and sending it to Halfpenny London to post on Friday? I would have thought it would have been posted on this thread too, but who in the hell gets their wedding dress out, puts it on, takes a photo and sends it to the designer to put on twitter, JUST DAYS after your so called bestie has got married and is enjoying all the wedding dress content?!

There's something very telling about the fact Lydia claims she couldn't get just 1 pic with Vic on her 4 day wedding to post, chose an inappropriate thigh high split dress for their wedding, then just days later gets her wedding dress out and posts pics! Almost like Lydia has read all the comments about how plain and basic Vic's main ceremony dress was and Lydia thinks 'I know, I'll upstage her and remind people what I wore'! Just unbelievable!!
