My pet hate when rich people say “my husband works so hard so we can have this lifestyle“. People on minimum wage work really hard too - luck and circumstance have a huge amount to do with it.

Totally agree!!! She just loved answering those questions - all about how rich they are! Ffs!! My pet hate is when rich people constantly say how hard they work. They wanna try doing a 12 hour shift starting at 6am for not much more than minimum wage which is the reality for many. Loved the question about her living off her hubby! Ha! Their wealth fascinates me, I must admit! HOW have they got so rich, when seemingly from modest backgrounds, from house building? Or is it radiators? Whatever it is! I mean I can understand there being money in houses, but they’re spending cash like they’ve won the lottery!

I thought the exact same. A while ago she showed their previous home which was a bog standard detached (very nice though)…. With a Kia and mini parked outside. Apparently they still own that house and rent it out. Now I know they are self made for which I take my hat off to them. But to go from detached house and driving Kia’s and mini’s to spending like they do surely means a lottery win? Maybe his business just took off? It does make me laugh when people try to say it’s pure hard work that they have what they have. Bugger off! There’s a lot of luck involved too. Thousands work hard but don’t have what they have.
