as above really. Current cat (or rather kitten) is a 7mo male. Newbie is roughly 10 weeks & female.

I've only ever tried to introduce kittens once, years ago,& it went horrible, their aggression was off the scale and left us feeling so edgy we gave him to a friend within 24hrs. I won't be giving up this time & I've heard some positive stories and looked up tips such as having each in a different room to get the scents from each other to begin with. And giving it time as can take weeks to get used to each other.

thanks in advance xx

dont let them see each other at first, give them each something that smells like the other for a few days. when you do introduce them make sure there are places yo hide if they want (if poss let them see each other without being near- throigh glassor something. when you do let them meet give them treats/food to eat so they have a positive feeling. and make sureyou always feed etc the original cat first so they dont feel they are being replaced. ultimately it does depend on the cats personales though, but even if initially it is a disaster with time it usually improve / at worst they just ignore each other. good luck!
