I think most use down, either duck, goose or synthetic, there's a brand called snuggledown that's supposed to be quite good, but hotels will have a supply an switch them out constantly so that they don't get worn down as quickly an they will always feel comfortable

It was either on insta or Tik Tok, that you could buy pillows from Premier Inn. Folk raving about them

The One Hundred uses Tielle love luxury pillows + mattress toppers, they have some products with hotel in the name so I assume others use them too.
Would anyone happen to know what bedding is used in Eurostars hotels? They’re so crisp and smooth to the touch.
