Look, no one is disputing the boy was born with a rare condition/ extremely challenging set of circumstances, there is no questioning he’s poorly, or that his spine has deteriorated to a trajectory of degrees you would struggle to imagine without the X-rays or photographs detailing this, but I feel this is something they have always known and been guided to prepare for, by medics, since birth or his early years. And much like other children born with complex conditions for example, genetic mutations, trisomy 18, cockayne syndrome, progeria etc, they have most likely always had the understanding that he may have a shorter life expectancy. I feel they have always known this, and to some extent been prepared for this.

what doesn't sit right with me, is as many have said she is money focussed and there have been a lot of discrepancies in her story and time line. I would never begrudge parents seeking medical help overseas, or a miracle, we would all be seeking it, but it genuinely feels as though they know more than they are portraying for financial gain. In simple terms, they know the outlook is poor, they always have, but they’ve seen just how much others have achieved financially and have thought “why not.. it worked for them”. It’s Akin to Karen Matthew’s, her motives behind the staged kidnapping/missing child con was fuelled by seeing how much others made (the McCanns), and thought they’d get in on it. This is exactly how she’s coming off with her appeal for Harley. Let’s push for money, gift cards, monetary value… the focus is on what’s coming in, and not showing gratitude for it. The dad, says very little, he’s not animated, he Mods the lives but isn’t as forward pushing for money. There’s times he seems indifferent to the whole thing. It almost feels like he is not comfortable with it, but won’t speak up against the organ grinder. It just doesn’t feel right. Her attitude, character and persona in all this is completely off. It comes across as disingenuous.

the boy may well have been failed by the medics, it may have shortened his already short life expectancy, but it really doesn’t feel as though this is something they did not know. I genuinely feel his prognosis has been poor from day dot, but she has sought to cash in on it.

If she made a tiktok account for awareness, fine. If she made an account explaining his challenges and limitations, how he is expected to deteriorate and the different ways this will present, such as eyesight, hearing, spine deformity, lung function.. again fine. Even if she was open and honest and said "this is my boys reality, and there's limitations to what we can do for him, but what we want to do is make some bucket list dreams come true...get him to spurs, meet his favourite player, have a dream holiday.. " I think the wider public would be absolutely fine with it and be open to donating to give him a boost and support him to make the most of his circumstances.

Telling the world he's only got til now to raise 2.5M, or he can't be saved, that his life depends on it, with all the discrepancies that are coming to light. Pushing it on news channels, to the media, all with the same narrative that his death is imminent and will be painful and undignified while he mobilises well, up and down the stairs, has a fluctuating need for oxygen but largely isn't on it and plays on his computer consoles happily singing, all the things that would put his body under exertion but doesn't seem to? No. Not ok.

I follow a little girl who isn't expected to make her 2nd birthday, her condition is grave, her parents are facing what would be everyone's nightmare. Yet they only seek to raise awareness. They Meet her needs financially themselves via working, ask for nothing for them or even her. The only thing that they have asked for was an Amazon wishlist that benefit the hospice and hospital their baby attends and all the gifts were reasonably priced, carefully chosen, for the benefit of other children so they each could have a nice Christmas. That's what it's about

"Life-saving surgery" now replaced with "Life-changing surgery"

Says it all. She's taken everyone who's donated for a mug.

Knew it was dodgy. Glad I never donate to these things.

To all those shouting "TROLLS"

Fucking told you so

The o2 as and when needed is very telling on one of her latest videos. Towards the end, she comments his oxygen has run out and ”you haven‘t even noticed Harley! We need to get you more” to which he pulls his nasal cannula off and tells her straight “I don’t need it!” Whatever narrative she’s pushing, he’s outing her for… you can always rely on kids to say things as they are, and no parent of a seriously ill oxygen dependent child is not going to notice the o2 running out.

She just comes across as rude. She was donated £100k by chaotic competitions, and she said “thanks.”

She’s gifted tonnes on her lives, but has never made a payment to GFM. She’s then asking for donations to get his scooter replaced. When someone said PIP can do that, she said she didn’t want to give the motability car back so he could have his scooter.
She just seems like a grifter. It’s sad what’s happened to Harley, but idk, there’s something off about her.

For my 2 pence..
If my kid needed life saving surgery costing £2.5m, I’d have sold every single thing I owned. We’d be eating supernoodles every day, I’d give up the mobility car, take the money instead, I’d be live 24/7 and actually out doing events and fundraisers, I’d be thankful for anyone who could donate. I also however wouldn’t have turned down the surgery after begging for it for 4 years, and if the hospital had messed my child up as badly as she claims they did to Harley, I’d be suing the shit out of them, with a no-win-no-fee solicitor.
But that’s just me..

I was talking to my husband about this and we both agreed we'd be screaming, crying, throwing up if someone donated 100 bags to a gfm for our poorly child. I wouldn't be able to find the words to say thank you and it still wouldn't be enough.
She comes across as ungrateful and entitled, not the way you should be acting when your child is relying on donations for a life saving procedure.

What i find extremely strange is the lack of presence from her local community, neighbours, school parents etc people who know her personally all rallying around (on SM) a big thing like this people love the lime light, oh im kellys neighbour etc we've raised such and such, nothing, zero, silence. The silence to me is deafening and speaks volumes to them as people. Someone in my town is raising money for her little boy and MH support groups are doing charity walks, estate agents are doing a charity swim, the church is doing cake sales, schools are even trying to help and the local radio. The gratitude from the parents is a complete 180 to kellys though and the mother is constantly on the streets campaigning for her son.

There’s something really off with the mother and I’ve been feeling wicked for thinking it, so I’m glad there’s a thread. I think there’s a huge difference between her and Ollie’s mum. Ollie’s mum was grateful for anything and everything, she was genuine. This one seems to expect it and has a really shit attitude that doesn’t sit right with me

Imagine being a parent of an “oxygen dependent child” and not noticing the oxygen has run out.

How many times have we seen this before. People being caught doing something they shouldn’t and playing the “mental health” card. She should be fighting like HELL now to get people on side, proving it’s all legit, disproving the “theories” but instead she’s sending voice notes to influencers trying to help saying she’s suicidal. I don’t buy it.
sadly too many times. I don’t buy it either. Too many discrepancies, too many receipts outing the truth, as you say, she could get someone independent on board, someone to put everything down with a legit paper trail, document everything. Down to the last penny raised. But they won’t. If truth be told they didn’t think anyone would question it, that no one would flag their accusations against GOSH or the NHS, or threaten to inform the police or raise suspicions in ways that would compromise their non working benefit/income. They didn’t think people would question or screen record. But plenty have and continue to do so. They came in with greed and stand to lose it all. I like everyone else, have never doubted his health, challenges, and clearly he most likely will unfortunately have a shorter life expectancy than his peers, but baiting mental health and crisis is just another disingenuous string to her bow, born from the panic of being rumbled, refunds being charged back and fraud looming.

“Posting these as people want to see evidence of Harley’s issues”

No. We want to see evidence of how much is raised, and why money is being withdrawn from the GFM. And where the money will go because the target clearly isn’t going to be met.

Why is she trying to hide how much she's getting from gifts if it's all meant to go towards this so called operation 🤔
I give it a few more months and she will disappear off tiktok so she doesn't have to explain what she's doing with the money she's scammed 🤑

And last night another traveller woman (forgot her name) went in the box saying she had messaged Kelly in March offering to get Harley to America via friends who live there but was ignored. Kelly was adamant this woman hadn't messaged. This woman starts reading the messages with dates and then Kelly suddenly changes her attitude and said she thought it was a scam and started to be all nice 🙄
I've seen comments say why would you forget a message offering help unless you don't actually want the help.

I saw that video and the comments. It was disgraceful. There are lots of decent people who have very little to their name. A small donation from someone on a low income is not just about the money. It’s about generosity and kindness. Unfortunately, some people seem to lack any kindness. It’s often who have the least who donate the most.
If my child’s life was on the line, I would be grateful for every single penny.
