She’s been soft launching him for a few weeks now. Although he hasn’t been returning the favour.

He went from Sophie Guidolin to Henny. I have second hand embarrassment for him.

I wish I remembered who it was but someone shared a group pic with her and it was even worse than the ones she shared 😂 honestly hats off to her she seriously edits absolutely every image to the point where people following her would never know what she looks like IRL. Even still though what she shared isn’t that great IMO 😂😂

I’m prone to a bit of Botox and filler (nothing crazy just a half ml in my lips) but it always shocks me when I see these women who use filler and surgery to change their ENTIRE look. What’s going to happen when they have kids (If they want them of course) and their kid sees how mummy used to look??

If you google her and her daily mail article of 2 years ago comes up... she is all pro women and encouraging and had her happy kilos. My how things have changed. I used to enjoy her content to an extent. I don’t rate her as fit.

I was a bit surprised to see Lauren and her partner are combining their businesses and calling it the Bikini Method in this day and age. Seems very 2010's to me. Makes me think of Ashy Bines and her Bikini body crap. Personally I'd have come up with a different name. Do women really just want to look good in a bikini now? I think times have evolved and focus has shifted to being strong and healthy.
