If you look the ingredients list underneath each pot on the website they are literally a blend of any spices you can find in supermarket. Massively overpriced.
Their chips and wedges harry raves about is just salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.
Only the gullible or those who are after sponserships buy these in my opinion.

I’m sure one of the ladies who run his local SW follow him though? I remember at Christmas him not going to weigh in and she commented saying something like “take it we won’t be seeing you in the morning” and I remember him posting it on his story saying something about it.

So surely if he was lying about his weekly gain/loss she would say something? I know I would anyways

I’m not sticking up for him in anyway as a lot of what he posts doesn’t add up like the big weight loss and not showing actual proof but that’s stuck in my mind when I read this thread. I mean he could have even made this profile up regarding the SW lady, who knows with him

He's also slumped forward so his posture is making him look bigger. He's sat up straight and sucking his stomach in on the other picture.

I honestly wish that he stops exposing his cheat meals to the weight loss community at once, he will just makes his followers want to go off plan like him and then they gain weight and don't know why!

I never post my off plan meals and then use all the slimming world # it's not fair on the followers. If I go off plan I don't take pictures, you can usually tell when I've had a bad day/week/month () by the lack of posts.

No because in my theory this is how it goes..... He actually joined up to SW in 2016/2017 age 18/19. Where he first started he lies telling his consultant "I've actually already lost 4 stone by doing slimming world at home with my mum. I'm now trying to shift the 'Last stone or two' and maintain"
He's spun a load of lies and unfortunately we all fell for it up until now when we're all finally seeing through his bullshit and calling him out.
He's nothing but a sad spoilt immature little boy who has very little friends and has turned to Instagram to jump on the 'Instafame' and have complete strangers feed his ego for his own validation...... Very sad and I'm so disappointed and disgusted that SW won't do anything about this and are allowing him to encourage eating disorders.

This! He is such an odious liar, I cannot wait for him to fall off his pedestal and for people to see exactly how vile he is.

I really have to wonder about these narcissists who scream jealousy, haters, bullies etc when somebody expresses a valid opinion on one of their posts. Have they never heard of freedom of speech, do they not know what the words bullies, haters or jealous mean or the difference between those things and an opinion. Exactly I only liked a comment where someone asked for proof of his 8 stone weight loss. This person wasn’t nasty in the way they said it. Just a normal question. I then got blocked by Harry and princess planning lol for liking the comment. I have never been nasty or bullied them in anyway before this point. IN fact I quite liked princess planning. I was even going to order around £50 worth of stuff off her. Just shows how childish and pathetic they both are. You are going to get negativity in all forms of your life. Does that mean you are going to block people who you see on the street?? Princess planning makes out she’s this some kind of nice person who is your friend etc when in fact it looks like she’s the opposite. Good advertising there mate!!! I’m on slimming world and I’m doing quite well. We all have a ‘cheat’ at some point. I may go out for dinner and have grilled chicken with a baked potato and salad but then have a pudding. In the grand scheme of it all it’s not going to make a difference having a bowl of ice cream if I’m on plan the other meals of the week. What I couldn’t do (and most people couldn’t) is have a full day eating excessively, going out on the piss every weekend, no speed food at all throughout the week, hangover food etc. He’s not on the plan at all.

He posted some hangover food last week and it was a McDonald’s (he’s now deleted the photo) it was 4 burgers and 3 portions of chips. That’s not normal and he obviously has binge eating issues.

If he was so good at slimming world and had lost 8 stone (bollocks did he, he lost the same 2 stone again and again) why hasn’t he been in the magazine? If he had done it properly, lost that amount and kept it off why hasn’t he been in the magazine? Surely a 21 year old lad who is still enjoying life would be the perfect role model?

Yep and he obviously enjoys the attention otherwise why start the whole Instagram thing so sure he would jump at the chance but then that would require proof wouldn’t it, I can’t believe his never shown his weight or losses on his record card most other slimming worlders show it at some point on there page
