And even if the 'baby' was asleep, wouldn't you instinctively move it into your arms to cradle/rock it horizontally? It's many years since mine were small, but I didn't hold them like Meghan apparently did for 2 hours , apparently 'asleep', in the position she was holding that 'baby'. And you're right - tiny babies are always moving and 'snuffling' (in that cute baby way) even when they are asleepThe really obvious problem with that photo to me is that very young babies are just....not...that....stiff.
like honestly other tattlers will remember their firstborn and how much it's impressed upon you that you MUST support their head, you MUST support their back. because their musculature isn't up to much and they cant do it themselves. and then maybe you forget one time picking them up in the middle of the night and their head flops back and you panic until you realise they're absolutely fine.
so, yeah. babies are floppy. that object Meghan was holding was stiff as a board.
....and probably plagiarise the symbol used by the Artist formerly known as Prince.Meghan will find a way around it by calling herself the former Duchess of Sussex
Oh that's spooky. I was listening to a(nother) audiobook on the history of The Beatles today (unashamedly a Beatles fanHe said the RF was too controlling and he seems in even more of a controlled environment now.
I saw footage of The Beatles having a chilled out jam sesh and Yoko was draped over John like a scarf.
Harry seems to be a package deal now too. Why does he allow her to take center stage on his projects like the Invictus events, his Polo games etc. He doesn’t stand in the forefront of her shitty As (N)Ever stuff.
South Park really shows them in their true light. They want and adulation but will complain about invaded privacy.
They aren’t protecting the kids by hiding their faces, they’re actually telling us more about them by hiding them.
She’s fully reached the Alan Partridge desperation stage of Monkey Tennis with this latest idea, although Monkey Tennis would be amusing for a few minutes.I have a big birthday this year, never realised this is what was missing from my life and going STRAIGHT to the top of the birthday list....
I still use matches for my candlesAre matches still a thing?
Most cookers and ovens are electric, and there’s lighters for the rest of things needing igniting. Iirc, last time i saw matches they were given for free at hotels.
Hmmmm, matches you say?I have a big birthday this year, never realised this is what was missing from my life and going STRAIGHT to the top of the birthday list....
I used to ride a lot in a place called Stanton in the Cotswolds and there was this proper old pub at the top of the village hill called “The Mount”. I used to love in my smoking days that they had a big basket of Swan Vesta matches and the. A brick sitting on the bar to strike them on. That is matches, not this dated greige buffoonery.I still use matches for my candles(Decent, British candles, not any of that wickless Asewer crap from dear Megsy )
My cooker is gas, but I won't be buying her matches, ta very much. Wtf will she come up with next? Nutcracker? A set of grapefruit spoons and fish knives? A branding iron with As Ever on it to mark your man?Are matches still a thing?
