I noticed she said she'd be decorating for Christmas as soon as she moves in. So that suggests the Cotswolds house isn't a major reno that needs work. So perhaps it is a rental.

Let's see if we get any reno/re-decorating content.

I think she did a night at daylesford to pinch whatever ideas they have for decor and to make content cooking . The fact her sister dropped roo to her mums and after the Xmas fair Hannah and her mum then walked roo and went to Cheltenham tells me Hannah is staying at her mum’s and isn’t able to film any content inside their house plus their house is in the neck of woods I thought it was Cirencester/cheltenham way maybe Chedworth

I prefer Hannah to Josie for now, which won’t bode well for Josie when she’s got the likes of Leonora and now possibly Hannah - I find Leo annoying but vastly more likeable than Josie and cav and I prefer Hannah to both of them even though she’s a bit bland! I reckon Josie will be fuming when she sees Hannah will be making Cotswolds content too!

as well Hannah is younger , newer … not to pit women against each other due to age but Josie has gone from young to oap in rapid time 😂

I found it odd that when she talked about the new place she kept speaking in 1st person singular. But now reading your comments, it all makes sense. She is definitely renting. That's why it's her "own decision" - if they had bought a house, it wouldn't be her own decision - since it would be Kenny who'd pay for it. I don't think she has enough money herself to buy a house. And yes as you guys pointed out she didn't mention "buying" even once. Why can't she be honest and say it explicitly?
That must be the reason she rushed back from Thailand, to sign the papers for the Cotswolds rental.
The thought that eventually you will want to end up where you grew up and that she always knew it would be like this is nice unless you have a partner with an international career.

New to Hannah, her vlog came up as a suggestion after watching a Ruby Granger video. I’ve watched about 3 or 4 videos now and I readily admit I am a sucker for those aspirational Cotswold vibes. Something I haven’t figured out yet: is Hannah a full time influencer or does she have another job?

I like the fact there aren’t many ads. Or links. I suppose we have Kenny to thank for the fact she’s not desperate to sell, like say, Josie is.

having said that she can’t be earning much. I suppose it’s an excuse to give Kenny that she “has work to do” whilst she is very slowly building a community of you can call it that .

I think K expected her to sit patiently in Altrincham waiting for his return. How wrong he was!

she’s worked a blinder in terms of her ending up where she wants to be. But will it all pan out …

I'm quite positive this is the case. I highly doubt Kenny thought they would move there in their early thirties. But it seems it has been decided by Hannah anyway 😂 .

I’m completely sure she’s renting but it also sounds like she’ll still be back and forth from Cheshire, so I don’t understand what’s going on! Are they not going to let out the Cheshire house whilst she’s in the Cotswolds? Seems silly not to.

If she’d bought somewhere she’d have said it in the vlog but instead she was just talking about signing on the dotted line and getting the keys in December. I don’t know why she’s not just openly saying she’s renting for a bit whilst she house hunts down in the Cotswolds because it’s damn near impossible to buy a house if you’re 2 hours away and can’t get down to view somewhere. Is she somehow embarrassed or ashamed about renting? I’m sure many of her viewers also rent and would welcome the honesty…

It will be interesting to see how much Reno content appears for the new house. If it's all styling, then it is rented. If she starts major works then maybe her parents have helped her to buy somewhere that she can shoot for 'content'. She talked in the singular constantly, so it doesn't sound like Kenny is involved if it is a purchase.

Her parents would have to fully fund it though not just find a deposit. Hannah can’t keep a house on her own financially.

I don’t have a daughter, but if I did, and she was supposedly in a serious relationship with a well paid man I’d expect her to look to him to fund the house she lives in if she wasn’t able to provide it herself .

how does she fund a mortgage /bills etc without Kenny ? She doesn’t …

I agree , definitely renting . Although she says she’ll be honest and take us on the journey (eg this buying a house) she is extremely disingenuous in that respect . I bet she needed a guarantor for renting and it was probably her parents and not Kenny !!!

Perhaps she’s just like Ms. Smee who says everting is ‘hers’ and ‘mine’ and not her parents who own it all. Or in this case Kenny’s.
