- Grew up in a very working class backgound in Blanchardstown, but puts on a D4 accent
- Has lost a good bit of weight (she says purely through cutting out sugar) and now every single post or photo shoot she does, she is dressed in some kind of sexy dress and is totally eye-bleeping the camera.
- Has other annoying characteristics that i am struggling to define right now.

I know I should be fangirling her because she's a really successfull chef and businesswoman in a very male dominated profession. But I just can't get on board with her.

I don’t know if I’d class her as all that successful? Her restaurant was only possible because of backing from her boyfriend’s parents who own the building.

In fairness, she had a lot of success before Mae. She has been culinary director of the BuJo burger restaurants as well as being head chef at Clanbrassil House restaurant. And even if she had help with Mae, you don't get to run place that successful without being good.

It's more how she goes on that pisses me off. For me, dropping your native accent is base treachery !
