A minor gripe.

I was watching an old episode last night, it featured various Christmas programmes. One clip was from Love Actually. Some love it, some hate it, and some will never have watched it.

But the goggleboxers all act as though they have no idea what it's about and comment accordingly. It would be more natural imo, for some of them to say, oh this scene is really sad. (Where she thinks she is getting a gold necklace for Christmas but it's a CD because the gold necklace is for his girlfriend.)

They do it at times too with real life events, sometimes historic ones, acting as though they never heard of something well known, or that they don't know what the outcome was.

Watching now, and for a while, I actually hoped Ellie and Izzi were off this week. Oh well... MUTE button.
Of the newbies, I just cannot take to the couple and daughter. I think they are trying too hard and just come across snarky.

I enjoyed this week.
A lot of them were funny and nobody was too wilfully stupid. Plus not much airtime to Ellie and Izzy.
I like the two Scottish lads.

I like them as well. They come across as two lads just enjoying a chat. Not simpering at the camera or saying something stupid to get attention.

This Friday is a best of, and the following week then, the Celeb version with all the usuals, starts.

When frank skinner went on the celebrity version he said how much he hated the experience and how heavily produced it was. That they were saying things in his ear about what to react to. If they are saying that to the celebs I wonder how over produced and manufactured the reactions are in the normal version.

Quoiting myself but will say I still enjoy the show, just the producer interference ruins it somewhat. The siddiqui's were my favourite from the begging and now they barely feature and the more over the top irritating couples take centre stage.

Celebrity gogglebox and they were watching a celeb version of something and she said 'oh I hate when they do celeb version of something, it ruins it'
