Cyclone has gone permanently. All traces of her as a gladiator removed from her social media pages.

So sad, as she was amazing on the show and so gorgeous and lovely when we met her.

I have had a really rubbish day, and this news has really pissed me off, and im feeling really gutted to be honest.

Cyclone to me was a great role model for kids, great body positivity, great strength and great confidence.

I’m glad you had fun! What was the atmosphere like?

I thought it was an amazing atmosphere. I have never been to a filming though (only live tour) so maybe its different to other years. It gets draining toward the eliminator as you have been sat for 9 hours, you are knackered from being there early to guarantee tickets (we had our child with us and had driven 220 miles to be there so we HAD to get tickets ) but people were still happy, still cheering on the sort of rubbish competitors/celebrities (sorry but the celebrity ones, are not normally gladiators material!)

I wont put any spoilers, but all I will say is a piece of equipment was used in the eliminator same as last year

@Facehugger I am with you on Sabre. Cannot stand her and the stupid cat ears. Mine started after she had a tenper tantrum about an event she went to and someone called her Sabre and she kicked off saying she was a business woman and not everything is about Gladiators ffs.

I'm shocked about Cyclone! She wasn't my fave, but I really admired her strength, and she is someone who I think was a great role model for women and girls.

It makes no sense why they got rid of Cyclone but kept Sabre if we are comparing performance. I was going to say another gladiator but it’s been confirmed she’s gone too.

I absolutely can't be doing with Sabre. The way she postures about with her rear end, it's like she's got an itchy bottom/worms

This morning I've seen a few articles saying that Joe Marler is going to become the first celebrity gladiator. I’m hoping this is just for a skit or even the celebrity special and he’s a contender. I can’t imagine him doing a lot of the games.
The first celebrity gladiator was surely Sharron Davies anyway!

God I hope not. I wasn't aware of him until he was on Celeb Traitors where I thought he just came across a bully. It reminded me of being back at school where no matter what you said to the bully, they'd just sneer and belittle you. I don't get the love I've seen for him online.

God I hope not. I wasn't aware of him until he was on Celeb Traitors where I thought he just came across a bully. It reminded me of being back at school where no matter what you said to the bully, they'd just sneer and belittle you. I don't get the love I've seen for him online.

I cannot stand him. He was abusive in his home, not physically to his wife, but he would go around the house smashing the place up, he was racist to a player calling him a slur, he was disgusting to an opponent calling his mum a whore. He is just a horrible human being, and I dont know why he is so celebrated.

When the Giant fans were moaning the show wouldn’t be the same without him and it was an outrage etc I was like “get over it” but now it’s Cyclone I’m ready to riot

Nope, she has removed all traces of her as a gladiator from her social media, unfollowed the production company etc....... my daughter will be gutted. I am to be honest. She was fabulous.

What with this decision and launching the Holly YouTube channel Hungry Bear are having a shit week.

He's managed to portray a teddy bear image from Traitors, especially after Nick fucked up in the final.

It baffles me how certain celebs get away with this stuff but others would be totally cancelled over it. He must have a bloody brilliant agent and PR.

cutting a game should allow Gladiators to rest more between games, and be a shorter shooting day. I don't particularly like the idea of fewer games, but there are to many Glads out with injury by end of filming. They look exhausted by the end.

My idea would be to introduce some games which are less physically taxing, but still demonstrated a skill and play one low impact game in each episode.

The old shows had a game involving the contender having to hit a target while the gladiator fired balls at them from a raised platform for example. I am sure that HB could think of a few low impact or target hitting games if they really wanted.

I’m glad she wasn’t axed, but her statement is even more baffling and strongly worded toward the end. And despite of this, she’s still doing the tour? I wonder if others like Bionic are too.

I know the gladiators probably can’t spill details but there is a part of me that thinks shit or get off the pot and stop with the vagueness
