Just seen it and they does seem to be some self awareness from him now about how his ego/hormones caused him to act like a fool. However, blaming a lot of it on him turning 40 seems a very dramatic reaction

My children love giant but honestly anyone who can spend that much time on themselves to look a certain way has to be selfish at heart. Seems he's treated his wife, family and now ex girlfriend as disposable and now the consequences of his lifestyle are catching up with him.
