I’m guessing Viper was told in advance about the prank to stay in character, but not sure about the others they all come across well I think, and Nitro’s laugh makes us laugh

I liked…. Tilt? I think it was tilt. Like dual but the platform tilted. I don’t mind the wall but gauntlet is just so dull.

I loved Tilt as well. It was a fun game. But another where two significant injuries - Panther and Nightshade - was its death knell. Sadly. They’ve already got a Tilt-like game in Everest, but they could tweak it to be like the US Tug-o-War where the platforms were equal height.

American Gladiators still shows as “Coming Soon” for us, annoying.

I know I was ready to watch it last night. I want to see if its any good. I was ready to shit on the reboot but eneded up loving it so hoping for the US one to do something similar.

Unsure if this has been discussed but does anyone know the deal with Viper - Quang Luong, whose DOB on Wikipedia is 1989 but he apparently played a gangster in Die Another Day in 2002 . So was he 13 in the film?

I never wanted a contestant to lose more. Well, except for sticky out tongue man from last year.

We saw Helena's quarter final... I wasn't keen on her and I can't figure out why. We couldn't see the tongue sticky out thing but if we could, that might have been the reason

He presents a spin-off Gladiators show on CBBC - playing pranks on the other gladiators. He’s fabulous on it!

Even though it's for kids... Is it worth a watch for gladiators fans like myself?

Apparently Viper didn’t play any games yesterday so I am wondering whether all the Gladiators who have been ‘cut’ is actually true.

Other tea on Reddit suggests that Comet is only taking a break for this series. She gets married later this year so perhaps doesn’t want to jeopardise that with a possible injury?

Hes a lot smaller than he used to be. Mitch being so successful changed a lot of things about how they approached training, but yeah, we won't be seeing him on unleashed!

Well they definitely slowed the travelator down when we were at the filming so it doesn't surprise me that they would tweak the rules or ask the gladiators to go easy! It's boring when the gladiators floor the contestants in the first five seconds.
