I genuinely like her and her outfits, she seems harmless. But totally agree with the above, I do not understand why influencers basically promote their own tattle thread on Instagram- weird!!!

Those jeans don’t fit her. She needs to size up. Just cos you can get them on doesn’t mean they fit. They’d be painful if she sat down. She’s got a strangely large hip area (but weirdly shaped) but seems to think of she can squeeze in to a pair of jeans on the waist and they are skintight on the hips and saddlebags they fit. They don’t! You look like you are cutting off circulation to your vagina

Yeah that’s her on the left tagged in one of the Primark photos. She’s one of those pages that claims body acceptance etc and occasionally puts up a token “not all my photos turn out so nice” post but she’s so bad for posing and filtering her photos to look two sizes smaller

I love her but I really wish these mid-size / plus-size girls would pull their lingerie pants down so that it covers up that lower belly roll line She gets sent some lovely lingerie but all i can ever see is the tummy line and it grosses me out a bit... I have the exact same body shape as her and I can't imagine ever wearing a bikini etc riding up over it all like that

I think they do it as it hides that belly overhang but like you say it then shows that line. It’s ridiculous and no one wears their pants like that IRL

I think the thing I struggle with is the transparency around her true dress size - like I feel that I’m roughly the same size by looking at her and then seeing her “fit” into clothes that are 1x/2x smaller feels a bit disorientating - however I may be in denial about my own dress size in reality so totally willing to accept that, but i dunno in certain outfits her clothes look tight AF

I’ve been thinking about this a lot and definitely agree. I think it triggers my body dysmorphia more than I realised.

A while ago I made a point of following girls on insta a similar size to myself as a way of getting outfit ideas and ‘mid size visibility’.
Georgia, fran perks and Libsfaulk to name a few.
They all seemed to have gone up a few dress sizes, and have sort of acknowledged it, but I think I still see them as my size- so I’m now seeing myself as bigger?

I’m wording this terribly and I know they aren’t responsible for my body image but it’s just fucked how we judge our own bodies on the ones we see online
