Nor was the trust's legal team so confident that they engaged a legal expert of their own to contradict her. Why not, I wonder? Is it that everything , anecdotal or not, points firmly to Jo being right? And that even for big money, nobody in the field who's equally expert, was prepared to sell their soul, and their academic integrity, to lie fudge evidence?
I mean they didn't even get anyone to back up Rose's statements that it was only eyes forward never daring to look around while he was in the changing room. Surely if he was innocent that would have been an easy witness to get.

Can you imagine an expert trying to say women aren't scared of men in confined spaces and don't fear being compelled to undress in front of them

Who’d put their child in a nursery where someone looking like that worked there?!
KJK has said that men shouldn’t be working in nurseries full stop.

Now some people would gasp in horror at the sheer discrimination and argue that men are just as capable of being nurturing and looking after young children… personally I think she’s onto something. Especially with this story hitting the news last week:

What the hell is a neo pronoun?

I was heartened to hear that in my son's school some of the senior boys have decided to identify as colours as a pisstake and insist the teachers refer to them as their colour.

You know the tide is turning when the teenagers start ripping the piss out of the gender rit. In a year it'll be dreadfully uncool to identify by gender and they'll all go back to being emo. Bring on the gothlings :D

Unfortunately even older children aren't safe was reading about this ballet teacher here in Ireland yesterday. It must be awful to be a man with good intentions who wants to work with children but too many dodgy men have ruined it for them

I stumbled across the psych report for this woman Lindsay Groves - what she did is despicable but her trans pweirdo boyfriend picked an easy target to exploit;

There is no question that defendant has a number of developmental or psychological impairments that affect her ability to acquire and process information and communicate with others. Both expert witnesses agree that she has a language disorder. Both also agree that she has at least a mild cognitive impairment, which defendant's expert witness determined meets the criteria for borderline intellectual functioning. Both also concluded that she suffers from anxiety, particularly situational anxiety, which tends to magnify the impact of her other deficits under certain circumstances.

Good. I hope they continue to get sued and sued again until they ensure that their spaces are girls and women only. I was in Brownies/Guides/Rangers/Young Leader/Helper and it gave me so much - but now the whole organisation is completely changed from when I was in it. Selling off holiday camps to private companies, allowing boys and men - no, absolutely not. Wonder what Lady Baden Powell would've made of it all?
Agnes B-P - our first Guider- would have had views.

It's interesting how younger teens find it all a bit daft but current 18-25 year olds (so 13-20 in 2020.....too much time on the internet?!) are the captured generation

It begs the question then, what was someone who has those conditions, working with an even more vulnerable and challenging group of people!

So would you think that lockdown might have been a contributor? That's interesting, and very plausible!

Nothing lasts forever. Once trans/GI issues became accepted by the mainstream - eg the BBC, drag queens reading in libraries, workplaces expecting pronouns etc - then this will become unpopular with younger generations and there will be a swing in the opposite direction.
It makes me wonder what will follow next.
