Looked again and it does seem to be 11.20 UK time

I can’t see a cleft on the sign holder and lips look much fuller. Tricky as such different angles.
This is the pic they’ve used in the media of Allen and he looks very different to sign holder imo but could see how with weight loss it could be the same Cameron from the other offence.
