Don't know if this is a new thing but just came across my socials.

Since when is she able to speak into this sort of thing? That little photo in the corner is gross, that looks like a man, surely it can't be good for a baby? View attachment 3935513
Oh ffs. Isn't it bad enough that women have had to have parts of their bodies for ever described as ' the birth canal' as though that is its only purpose and she is just a vehicle.

If you are feeding a child, you are breast feeding. You can call yourself what you want (🙄) but pregnancy, childbirth and breast feeding are the most feminine things you can do. If you dont identify as female but want to do all of that, just deal with it.

More from Girlguiding not sure if this is nationwide or not.
Dear Ranger Leader and Young Leader Coordinators,

We’re reaching out to you regarding yesterday’s ED&I policy update from Girlguiding, about which you will have received an email. As a Ranger Unit Leader/Young Leader Co-ordinator, we feel it is important you have the following information so that you can most effectively communicate with the young people you are responsible for. We have been advised of the following via our County Commissioner network:

The email you received yesterday has been sent to all adult members (18+), and an email has also been sent to the parents/carers for young members aged up to 14. However, due to the sensitivity of the information, and for safeguarding purposes, Girlguiding will not be emailing Rangers and Young Leaders (aged up to 17) directly. Instead, Girlguiding are posting a letter to the parents of these young members. This means there will be a delay of several days before the communication reaches them at home, and they will likely be made aware of the news through other channels, particularly online.

We understand that you will want to support young people in the best way possible. This may involve providing clarification on details contained within the announcement (but not necessarily communicated through other news sources). You can find more information here; https://www.girlguiding.org.uk/information-for-volunteers/updates-for-our-members/equality-diversity-support/) and sign-posting sources of support. Support is available from the specialist team at Girlguiding ([email protected]). In addition, If a young member (or a parent or carer) is worried about their mental health, Girlguiding has worked with YoungMinds, who are prepared to offer tailored support.

We hope that this helps you understand and feel more equipped to support younger members regarding the current situation.

Thank you for your ongoing efforts to support this important membership age group through this challenging period of change.

Kind regards,

Girlguiding (location deleted)

Not to be 'that', person, but pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding are not feminine things, they are female things.
Language matters.

New BBC DG - they picked the single man on the shortlist. And apparently he is all for the trans agenda so duck you BBC trust, it was a fair run but I can’t see it surviving.

ETA the shortlist thing is unverified, Im sure I saw a report but can’t find it now. He does have pronouns in his bio and he has no broadcast experience…

Quoting myself like a twit because my opinions are very important...

I hadn't heard any of the background to this young man. Why the duck did anyone think he should be given SRS and not extensive therapy? Whilst the stalking will have been horrendous, surely this surgeon makes her living carving up mentally ill people? I know I'm victim blaming but I can't help it - if you inflict damage on those who are already damaged, don't be surprised when they inflict more damage (some of which might come your way)
She wanted to make herself indispensable and she achieved it!

Another day, another BBC article featuring a man who says he’s a woman and going along with it.

Also found this on him. He looks so friendly!

I’m sorry, I know I shouldn’t say it, but he looks like he’s escaped from a State Mental Hospital and is about to go on the rampage.
Him and his like trigger some deep response in me that he makes me feel uncomfortable.

I've just come across this - Sal Grover banned from a Women's Day event because she isn't trans

So whether they admit it or not, they do know that there is a difference between them and us.

I came to post that too!
For a community that supposedly forms only 0.02% of the population, they certainly manage to stick their oar in a lot.

I expect it's because they're so stunning and brave, so they're prepared to bite the bullet and have their faces in the papers (even though they just want to quietly and unobtrusively get on with their lives, shopping for hair dye and spinny skirts, and collecting their oestrogen from the chemist and other lady stuff).

A recent veteran of the BBC, who worked there for several decades, has written this article about the new DG.

“What should be stories about crime, education, medical treatment, law, and sport are still either ignored, tiptoed round or misrepresented for fear of the fury of internal and external trans activists. If you want to look for yourself, check out all the times BBC news stories refer to male people as though they were actually female. Even now, rapists, murderers, mass shooters, and deceased alleged child abusers are gifted with “she/her” pronouns because that’s what they wanted, copy is never historically changed, and that’s still in the BBC style guide. The impact of this isn’t just to insult the “lived experience” of the victims, but also to mislead the public. Which circles us back to trust.”

“As I understand it, to this day the BBC lets male staff use female loos and showers if they say the magic words. Given his trans celebration, whose side do we think Mr Brittin is on? Will he ignore the Supreme Court Ruling on the 2010 Equality Act? And if he doesn’t respect female staff, why would female licence payers trust him?”

As a general rule, I try not to comment on other people's looks, either in real life or online. But that is one weird man.
