It's a bit more nuanced than that because Religion is literally a belief so it fits into the legislation and you would be protected.
The problem with Sex is that it doesn't. Biological sex is not a belief, it is a material reality and no one should be forced pretend otherwise.
Men do not pass (Women can) so we are being expected to ignore what our eyes and senses tell us and lie.

I'm often loath to compare my disdain of loon beliefs with religion, knowing that it isn't quite the same and religion gives some people (like my mum) solace and peace...
I think the more accurate (or completely fact related) comparison is, this is a mental illness and we should not, in general be forced to believe their delusions.
If someone tells me that unicorns exist, or that they are really *insert famous dead person* incarnate, I'm calling bull.

Wtf is he supposed to be? My mum was in a care home with alzheimer's. I hope he's ready for some home truths from the residents. The usual social nicities disappear and they say what they see. I would be fuming if he complained about the residents.

No only will he not be challenged, he'll be fawned over. That announcement was very intentional. I used to work in care, so a lot of local care pages pop up on my feed. And I've never seen an announcement of a new member of staff in the form of an entire 4 photo photoshoot in various different poses. It's always a closeup (from the waist up) of the staff member so everyone can put a face to the name.

I'm so sick of all this virtue signalling rit. Not only are we not telling these creeps to stop inflicting their fetish upon people who haven't consented, we're actively encouraging it and giving them special treatment as a result of it. I wonder what the predominantly female care workers really think about this. I'd genuinely quit my job if I was put in this situation.

I know it’s the same bloke cause he put a photo of himself on there and used his own name . He’s a common or garden AGP by the sounds of it. I’m sure those who employed him must have researched him and thought all this was fine and dandy.
