Can't believe they're going ahead with this, I would seriously question as well will they get accurate information on social and emotional wellbeing given there are massive incentives for those in the trial to lie, so they will be able to continue receiving the drugs and also so that others will continue to get the drugs in the future. Also the first results are expected within 4 years but we know that it takes longer than that for bone problems etc to manifest

I've read elsewhere that children as young as 10 years are to be part of the trial. This is unconscionable. Children of that age do not know their minds let alone being sure enough to take puberty blockers which we already know have massive risks attached to them. Even if you accept that a child might be happier if treated as being the other sex, giving them these type of drugs which will inevitably have some negative consequences from such a young age is criminal.

There are going to be legions of lawsuits in the future when these children and or their parents ask what the hell was the NHS/government thinking? It would be bad enough to allow socially transitioning at that age but drugs with unknown long term risks? To young children?

I am stunned that Dr Cass thinks this is a good idea with everything else she wrote in her report. It almost seems like a Trojan horse now. Surely the emphasis should be, as she had seemed to suggest, psychological counselling and a proper watching and waiting process with no potentially irreversible or damaging drugs.

I'm horrified by this and it tells me that this government's commitment to reversing the damage caused to children and women's rights by this insidious trans ideology is non-existent. If they are encouraging and allowing children to 'change' sex, how long before the protections to women's rights that we are gradually winning are rowed back? In 5-10 years time, will they really tell the kids on this trial that BTW, you're still going to be treated as your biological sex even though we've helped you to not develop properly into said biological sex? Of course not. They will have to make an exception for these children and that exception will make the new rule.

I'm absolutely sickened by this.

Surrogacy is trafficking.
Nobody had a right to a child. The only assisted reproduction I'm comfortable with is IVF using your own eggs and sperm.

To me anything else is putting your wants above the rights and welfare of a future child. I say that as someone had several pregnancy losses and know what its like to be so broody it affects your mental health.

We had one success, thankfully before we had to consider IVF and every day im grateful for our kiddo, but I was realistic that it may not happen for us and that's life.

A few years back, my previous work announced to great fanfare that our medical insurance would now cover all aspects of “transition” (whatever that is)- hormones, surgery, counselling, electrolysis and all.

Can’t begin to describe how furious I was as this happened a couple of weeks after I’d received a letter from those same insurers saying that no, the policy did not cover any speciality care related to menopause because it “is not a medical issue”. So if I wanted to see a menopause specialist, I was more than welcome to pay for it, presumably while they used my premiums to pay for Veronica-formerly-Mark‘s electrolysis so the sight of his hairy gams in his tights didn’t ruin his wanks.

Me, bitter? No, why do you ask?

I can’t find a way to translate this but in summary a man who bought a child through surrogacy wifh his boyfriend split up with him and then got with a woman. And the little girl told her that she’d been sexually abused by him since she was 3. He said in court that she wanted to put her mouth on his genitals. He has been convicted of her rape, sexual abuse and 200 naked photos of her and her friends.

actually what makes me even more sick is that the little girl’s mother and his ex boyfriend are seeking compensation. The dad (presumably) is looking for €5k for himself and €10k for the little girl he bought to be raped. Her mum wants €3,500

In a family where the father believes himself to be a woman and has assumed the role of the mother, the most fundamental boundary between the male and female parent has been destroyed. In terms of a child’s healthy and adaptive psychological development this is a recipe for disaster. The parents’ mental illness, need for gratification and ‘affirmation’, have annihilated all considerations of the child’s mental wellbeing and optimal psychosocial functioning.
In such already deeply unhealthy and dysfunctional family systems the ‘chest feeding’ father is stretching this delusional belief to its absolute limits. He is usurping the evolutionary-determined, complex and absolutely vital role of the breastfeeding mother.

Summary
Male ‘chest feeding’ is a transgression against nature. It serves no benefit to the infant. And because it is not natural, we don’t know the long-term impact on the baby’s psyche or its ongoing psychosocial development. By allowing men to ‘chest feed’, babies are in effect being experimented upon in a cruel abusive manner solely for the personal and sexual gratification of their fathers.

There is no need for it and society should not tolerate it. Men engaging in this behaviour should be arrested for child abuse and charities (or NHS Trusts) who support this should be investigated by the appropriate authorities.
If a man wishes to feel involved in the feeding of his infant, then he can do what every normally functioning, rational and psychologically healthy man does, namely bottle feed the baby with the mother’s expressed milk or with infant formula.

For 225 million years, female mammals have fed their infants with milk produced from their bodies. But now, in the apotheosis (or maybe nadir) of a bizarre, cultish ideology that has overtaken Western thinking, men have decided they must be permitted to ‘chest feed’ their babies. And doctors, social workers, psychologists, charities and the police have turned a blind or acquiescent eye.

Every single person reading this piece will have either been breastfed by their mother or bottle fed using infant formula. Not one single person would have been ‘nursed’ on their father’s nipple. This awful practice did not happen to us, and we must not allow it to happen to children now, or in the future.
So, if those who should have put a stop to this refuse to act, then normal people, me, you, us, must all raise our voices to protect helpless babies.

My view is that the majority of new mothers put the needs of their tiny babies first, and act in their best interests (based on the knowledge of the time). They try to avoid anything that might harm the baby while breastfeeding. If using a formula they choose carefully.

As we've said before - why are the needs of these fetishistic men put above the needs of a helpless newborn baby? Where are their rights?

And if TWAW why aren't they subject to the same pressure women face to put their newborn's needs first?

Because they are men.

They spend all of their time claiming victimhood (and benefits )and whining on about their gender identity. Who is going to give a lob to some swivel-eyed blue-haired ranting loon, knowing that the first thing they would do would be to go off sick when they are accidentally misgendered by the cleaner, and then sue the company for trauma that stops them leaving their bedroom for the next 40 years?

Trans+ people are vulnerable to anti-trans violence etc etc etc

Women are vulnerable to male violence - 2 are murdered every week in the UK alone, and countless others, and children, live in fear of violence and brutality.

Trans and gender-non-conmforming people . . . often harassed using public toilets

Use the ones relating to your sex, then, and you won't be.

We've seen articles about how babies are absorbing testosterone from their fathers simply by laying on their chests if they take testosterone for athletic/gym gains; I dread to think what testosterone use is doing to babies in the womb... surely there's risk of them developing abnormalities? Those poor babies.

In my line of work I see (sadly, all too often), a number of babies and children who are either suffering addiction withdrawal (you can never erase the sound of a newborn birthed by a heroin addicted mother ) or with defects, conditions, impairments, etc thanks to exposure to other drugs and substances in-utero.... and in my mind, exposure to testosterone is exactly the same and should be treated a such. Although in a way it's worse, because testosterone is not a drug of addiction. I hope children of these monsters sue them for everything when they're old enough.

Not sure where else to go with this info/my opinion but my 14 year old sister has recently told us that she might be trans, wants to be called Jay, has been ordered a binder from her guardians (long story short she's in residential care) and I just don't get it. I don't understand. I'll be here for her as her sister but I do feel that unlimited access to the internet and lack of close friends and family hasn't helped.

Is anyone else finding they no longer bother attempting to control their reactions when encountering TIMs in real life? Yesterday on my High Street, I walked past one - late 60s-70s, wrinkled flesh-coloured tights, hideous wig, bright lipstick and walking with a wide gait. I saw him approaching and when he walked past I couldn’t stop myself from tutting and saying ‘for fuck sake’ and deliberately taking two steps to the side so it was obvious I was giving him a wide berth. You just know that he would never have been so brazen a few years ago. I do not consent to being exposed to his fetish.

I’ve very suspicious about this. I work in research funding and it’s extremely difficult to secure funding for clinical trials and even harder to get anything relating to children past ethics committees. I’m going to look into who is funding this and write to the funder to complain. This is a flawed and biased study. It’s like testing to see if asbestos is dangerous and actively recruiting people onto the study *after finding out it causes cancer.

I really appreciate it. I'm often tired and nowhere as coherent and can only bring personal experiences to this conversation. I wish you ladies were the ones running things in big corporations, common sense would truly prevail
