What are your theories on what happened? My theory is extinction rebellion was involved in some capacity (either officially or rogue), given what happened last year in various places, e.g. shutting down tube stations and protesting outside big oil corporations, I think they were test running a shut down but it got out of hand and they didn’t expect quite so much backlash so never admitted it because it would have ruined their other plans in 2019.
