Gas or Induction Hob?

I would always have gas. Better temperature control than induction.

They seem reasonable value - I looked to replace my beloved Tefal pancake pan and it’s £46 on John Lewis

I’ll be using a normal frying pan for the foreseeable!

They Are, and I think even for £70 they are decent price. Although when I got them we got a free little frying pan with it.
£46 is a rip off for 1 pan! It’s crazy!

Induction all the way. I have one with a built in extractor and I love it.
