I did a (very) quick investigation, found a bit of info, and I think it might be Burnley. Also, the renovation project Tom has been working on is in Barrowford and I don't they moved too far from there, if that narrows it down. I could be completely wrong on this (as often happens!)

I watched this woman a while ago. Why is she so popular? She’s very bland no?
I get what you are saying, for me, I have a couple of reasons I like her (and um, they are quite weak
) but she's harmless, she's pleasant. I love her Dog, her Partners amusing and finally she's bought a house and isn't stealing it's soul and turning it into a grey modern box, rather than keeping it's historic footprint 
Yeah I take the mick out of her beigness but I still quite like her she seems sweet and I like the fact the takes us through macdonalds drive thrus with her and she buys loads of chocolate without hiding it she seems more relatable than a lot of you tubers.
She seems naturally pretty compared to most youtubers. Real nails, hair and lips etc lol. I watch her because her voice doesn't grate on me and she knows how to pronounce words. Her style of neutrals, only like 3 colours isn't for me and I don't own a dog. She isn't the most exciting but would rather watch her than the likes of Elle Darby.
Oh be fair...she has introduced a fourth colour lately and has hinted at a fifth

I don't think she could cope with the chaos, mess or colour of all the stuff kids come with. she's too precious about aesthetics.
She's barely got anything of colour for the dog.
I'm confused after her latest Renovation vlog as well she said that the carpet they chose upstairs is not dog friendly that's why they had it upstairs, but I thought they were moving upstairs, so where is the dog going to go? Does she mean that they are renovating half of downstairs and will still have the kitchen and living room area for the dog to use? Why have a dog if it isn't welcome in the whole house?
