It’s a gorgeous house. Well done to her. I’m assuming that she probably got some inheritance from her grandmother, who passed recently. She wants to be in Manchester and wants a dog and probably kids one day, so it’s a great house.

Better to buy a place like that where value can be added, than a poky new build or a city centre apartment. I think its a sensible purchase.

The house is amazing. I remember Eleanor Bowmer had a really similar house in Manchester. Her husband is also in construction, they transformed it, now it is stunning. I'm sure it was about £300k, two years ago, obviously before the renovations. Plus Freya's parents house is amazing too so they'll probably get guidance from them.

I like Freya! She's down to earth, I feel like she's someone I could be friends with.

Her new house is fab...and I love how she wasn't making apologies or criticizing the decor or condition during her tour.

Is Tom a builder by trade? When I first started watching Freya's videos, I'm pretty sure he was in the restaurant business? Seems to be in the building trade now, though, which will come in useful for that BIG renovation.

She is a full-time Youtuber as far as I know (I think she has mentioned this in videos before). I don't think she does anything else on the side.

I also get the impression that she has never really had money worries and/or is very savvy with money. She's been a full-time Youtuber for quite a while now, even though I wouldn't count her as having very high views on her videos, or doing a whole lot of collaborations (maybe she does and I just haven't noticed as I don't watch all her videos). And she has always done a *lot* of hauls. At least now, with that big house, she has an excuse for the endless hauls.

But yeah, don't think money is a problem. Also, her parents house is pretty impressive from what she has shown.

She is very money hungry but it’s a bit hard to tell. Copies a lot Lydia Millen too. Noticed the sage thing after Lydia uploaded. Also yeah the nails are gross. She used to have a channel as a language teacher but she deleted the videos. Nice girl though harmless and boring. Seems she is very into the influencer job like it’s her dream. Find it weird he has yet to propose.

I liked her until she mentioned stanning Lydia. Thereafter, she's a big no from me. Maybe I'll watch her if I'm bored enough but her mentioning Lydia put me right off. Unfortunately, I'm petty like that.

I've just been catching up on Freya's videos from the last few weeks (lots of hauls!). Find it interesting (and impressive) that they bought this place without first selling the house they were living in (Tom's house). She mentions he hasn't sold it yet. I guess they are not short of cash! I'm looking forward to her renovation videos. They've put new carpet down, and she mentioned a kitchen renovation too. I think this house will be gorgeous when it's all done up!

She mentioned the colour scheme in a video I watched last week. It was either beige, black and white or beige, cream and white or some combination thereof. They have the black couch from the old house and she mentioned black walls in another video (not sure that's happening though!)
