I just can't believe she's in her 30s, I genuinely thought she was late 40s

whats happened in her life can u fill us in?

In 2004, her parents had been divorced for some time and were spending Christmas apart. Her mother, maternal uncle and maternal grandfather invited then teenaged Fran to go to Thailand with them but Fran decided to spend Christmas in the UK with her father. Unfortunately, there was a massive earthquake in Thailand and Fran’s mother, uncle and grandfather died. I don’t think her uncle was married or had any children and I haven’t seen anything to suggest that her mother had any more siblings. Their bodies were not recovered.

The year before her son was born, her father died unexpectedly. He was only in his late 50s-early 60s and I don’t know if he had been sick before. She’s also an only child.

That is horrific…I will say, I actually really like Fran. I feel like she’s very driven and despite all the awful things that happened to her, she seems happy and in love with her husband and son. I wish her well

I’ve always felt like Molly practically views fran as her mum/mother figure and is so dependent on her, which is questionable when fran makes a living off mollys income? Idk I think Molly is naive to think if fran wasnt on her payroll they would still be as close

I never thought of it this way! She would’ve known them before she even met Molly. They did make a great choice in choosing Fran she has levelled Molly up to the point nobody coming out the Villa will ever reach her level now

To be fair fran has marketed molly perfectly, not sure if she went with any other management she would have been as successful. Also molly is basically frans (bar zoe) only client so she can dedicate a lot of time to her.

My biggest gripe is how she bleaches her hair to the lightest she can get it but likes her brows to be the exact opposite. I’m not saying that she should bleach her brows but why won’t her brow lady recommend a soft brown

To be fair, her life has been rife with tragedy. I don’t think that’s easy on the skin. Although the terrible filler can’t help.

Hmm the point I’m more of making is that I think Molly is quite naive and does view fran as a personal relationship when it’s clear fran is more business minded and Molly is a cilent to her

Yes wouldnt disagree with you on that! Fran was the one who was telling people about the baby name and fact she was pregnant I think..

Someone posted on mollys thread it was Bambi way before she was born, apparently fran had told someone but I bet she would let fran off with that because she’s fran!

Oh has it? I don't really know much about her apart from being mollys manager. Love to see what she's like without all the filler.

Yes, I think she came across well in Molly’s video. I do think we have some differences of opinion on what constitutes style tho
