I think she may have oral motor dysfunction. It would explain why she still has such a strong French accent. If she does, it’s not something she can help and it would be difficult to address as an adult without hardcore surgery.

Yeah, I'm on Wegovy and something I've found is that you need to sort of 'watch' things. I'm not slight and there's are sizes I could likely get to but it wouldn't be sustainable off the medication and I'd look gaunt/unwell if I got there. I'd rather just reach something healthy and maintainable.
I'm on mounjaro. I plan to stop when I hit 11 stone but I know I'll probably end up around 11 and a half or thereabouts. I can maintain that. Yes she is going on about how amazing her hair is. Does she not see that the most of her hair is around 4-5 years old and her treatments and vitamins will only be showing in the 2 inches of growth her hair has had since she started them. These vitamins and steam scalp treatments aren't going to make a jot of difference to the hair she's got right now.All she sees is the skinny bod she has always dreamed of, luscious hair (that we all want tips on) and perfect youthful skin that needs no make up. She must be caning the slimming drug to stay slim. She will have to stay on it for life as she's not at her bodies natural size and it will revert the minute she stops.
I'm on mounjaro myself and I have to be realistic as to what my end goal is. My body frame is like flavias and I know going lower than a size 10 is never going to be sustainable
