She really struggled to get the grades to get into medical school and I reckon she wasn’t that good as a doctor. She saw years more ahead of her doing consultant training exams and probably knew she wasn’t up to it. She has been sanitising her social media, deleting all her drunken student day videos, and cleaning everything up with this in mind. She is now going to become one of those bland, productivity ex doctor gurus giving out the same generic advice.
What a total waste of taxpayers money in training her and taking the place from someone else.

Imagine being in your last year of med school and debating whether or not to quit and become an influencer… all that hard work for nothing! Seems like such a waste! Fingers crossed she at least finishes her last year so she has it as a back up if she decides to go full time influencer, would be a really stupid decision if she did though 🫣

Quitting medicine to be an online 'womens health's influencer is a ridiculous decision. Completely loses her USP and any credibility.

It would have been far more interesting to see continuing to train as a Dr in that speciality and work part time.

I get she prefers doing YouTube and however ridiculous it probably pays more but she's throwing away a life long career that she has worked hard for to make videos on the internet???

If she's so passionate about women's health, why doesn't she train to become a gynaecologist?

I really don't love the videos she makes trying to appeal to people to improve their lives. The titles she uses for the tips she talks about sound AI generated. I'm so done with this sort of content personally. There is way too much self-improvement content out there, trying to prey on desperate people who are insecure and not living the life they want to live. Yes, it can be useful to have this sort of content on the internet so people can have easily accessible information on how to improve their lives, but using titles like, "My millionaire payday routine" and "How to be more attractive" just give a holier than thou attitude to me.

Under her "How to make time for everything" video, I found this comment,

also saw one that says, "This video gives me anxiety"

The video basically said to habit stack and use google calendar, but no, she had to put some weird name for the tips. Maybe it could help with remembering, but it just seemed off to me.

The rinse and repeat of how to be that girl, or those sorts of videos are a bit annoying to me now, but YMMV.

Her content is so dull and shallow - latest is about how to glow up. I switched it off. What a complete and utter waste of medical school

Look I know she has to be clickbait-y but WHY?! It is really turning me off from watching her videos honestly.
I have to say, her repeatedly saying “working as an NHS doctor” in every vid is starting to annoy me. She really acts like her job is her entire personality and that it is a much harder job than anybody else has 🙄

I loved watching her YouTube videos when I first found her channel, but I was so shocked she binned her career for the sake of easy money. As a fellow NHS healthcare professionals who works nights, I know it's tough but you chose this path for a reason and definitely don't give up after a year or so.
Now her life is just a mess. Podcast is failing due to lack of finance, but she had enough money to piss off to Japan for like 3 weeks. Gets some free facials and beauty treatments, but her skin looks so awful and she's aged badly in the last year. None of it makes any sense
She should also be more picky when doing ads on his Instagram. I remember seeing a few and thinking god no way a doctor promotes this crap, she should know better

Her latest video…. Another one sacking off being a doctor. Understand it’s a difficult profession which let’s face it isn’t paid the best but seriously, don’t bother with the secrecy when surely it’s full time influencing around health that’s the next step 🙃
Oh, no doubt! What a bloody waste of time. Pretty sure her med school place could have been snapped up by someone who had a real vocation to become a doctor rather than an influence who has childish strops every time she has a night shift.

Sick of her drip feeding content about why she's quitting and what she's doing next but I'm the clown that keeps watching.

Her part 4 has really wound me up.

1. Saying there's no rule book and how to speak or dress but surely common sense tells you all you need to know and uploading videos of you getting drunk on the internet does not instill people with confidence in you - obviously doctors SHOULD have social lives outside of work and have fun but the majority of theirs isn't visible to anyone googling their name.

2. Complaining she felt out of place in medical school as she was bleach blonde and not privately educated. I can completely empathise with feeling out of place but has she ever thought of the benefits that brings while in the hospital and bringing some wider representatives into the medical field?

I think she has missed the boat here - too many people doing the lifestyle/productivity stuff. She was only really interesting when she was a fun girl medical student as it was a bit unusual. I don’t think she is very bright to be honest - hence why I think she is bailing out now as she has reached her limit in terms of getting through exams. I don’t think she has quite experienced yet though how empty and soul destroying the life of a permanent influencer with be. I feel she has been taken over my a management company and they will be dictating her content.

I feel really uncomfortable with her promoting natural cycles.

I get she's backed it up by evidence but the evidence she's linked only followed women over 9 months and admitted there was a lot of overlap of participants.

It suggests it's 99% effective with perfect use but as we all know human error will come in to it and there's been no evidence comparing it's effectiveness against other contraception methods.

The company has been pulled by the ASA for misleading marketing and there are loads of news articles out there of unwanted pregnancy.

Unjaded Jade involvement immediately give me the ick. Why would anyone want to be associated with her, she's a complete cunt! Faye is clearly going full influencer head up her own arse mode. What a total waste.
I don’t understand how influencers all seem to get to a point where they think they are so wise and important that the public are dying for them to impart their wisdom.

I love people in their mid 20s lecturing me on life 😆

She just went so downhill. Like she made really good vids at the start of her career and was very relatable. Now she is body checking 24/7 and just wants to do "glow ups" and these weird girl boss vids. Wtf happened to her so quickly she became very unlikable. Now its all look at me in my bikini and I eat greens blabla. She went to med school for this 🥲

Hugely agree, I’m in the medical field and doctors absolutely do have a lot of fun, drinking, partying and can be wild, but they just don’t share it online for everyone to see. The majority of them are like anyone else and love to have a good time. It’s just common sense really to keep some stuff private, I’m not going to judge people but A LOT of the general public will. People hold doctors to high standards because of the level of responsibility of their jobs. It’s really easy to only share the sensible parts publicly.

People complaining in the comments about this in other jobs like teaching make me roll my eyes too. Why must you share a bikini pic publicly for all to see, is that really such a terrible infringement of your human rights to not be able to do that? Also the bikini pic thing is also partly to protect yourself, men can be creepy af to women doctors and nurses. If those kind of creeps found a bikini photo of you online I can imagine they would be even worse, it’s really not uncommon for doctors and nurse to be sexually harrassed or assaulted at work by patients, relatives or even colleagues. Sure in an ideal world that wouldn’t be an issue but sadly it still is and it probably is a good idea to try to protect yourself a little where you can.

Also feeling out of place, plenty of doctors are pretty glamorous with lovely hair, nails, good style etc. she just needs to find her tribe, medicine has all types and there will be somewhere where she will fit in. Can definitely understand her feeling out of place with the class thing though, that is tough, but I would hope it would inspire her, we need more doctors from different backgrounds and different life experiences.

Yeah it also sends such a weird message like if you struggle tiny bit you will just give up and do "easy" money on sm instead. Everyone struggles in the start of ur career cause you havent formed ur work identity and it takes time and you will not be on ur comfort zone. Its normal to feel and struggle in the beginning of career things take time. I really dislike this new version of her.

She still hasn't said what she's going to be doing next year on her YouTube channel. She's trying to milk it out to rage bait people and boost engagement. I've noticed a lot of comments saying they're unsubscribing.

I really liked her medical school vlogs, but I think I've outgrown her content now. It's almost like she got the degree so she could say "doctor approved" as an influencer.
