This time around I went cold turkey no vapes etc. Ended up gaining 2 stone, already a short fat fucker with pcos.
Lost the 2 stone gained. Trying hard to cut down. But im managing to eat no more than 1600-2000 cals a day. Obviously not Losing weight but spending my time focusing on inputting what I eat into my food diary Is just mentally making me more focused on not shoving everything in site into my mouth.
10 months smoke free. Not gonna lie I miss having a sterling dual after work!
