Yes I know but he also speaks like someone who you could mistake for being deaf. My Grandfather used to speak like that because he lacked feedback from his own voice.
He’s a totally pointless character.
No idea how he makes a living. He's hardly in the show so can't be earning much from it.
Has anyone noticed lately that amongst the background people there are some doing sign language?
I'm assuming they are genuine. I'd love to know what they are signing.

I would love to know how much he is on. His wedding was in OK magazine wasn’t it? I mean who gives a tit? And I’m sure if anyone bought it, it was to see the other cast members dressed up. Not him or his wife. Why they didn’t get rid of him when his gf left I’ll never know.
Dunno about his wedding, sorry, but, yeh, would also Iove to know what he gets paid.
I do like the character and that he's a computer whizz but he's in it so little that there's no point having him in the show is there?
His girlfriend had potential as a quirky character but as you say, he should have been written out when she was.
Something else bugs me.
The Kim and Lydia friendship - it's unbelievable.
A while ago a friendship between Rhona's Mum and Kim seemed to be starting. They had a few good scenes together and were believable as friends, then suddenly.... it stopped.
Why???
A friendship between those two is much more believable than Kim and Lydia.
Perhaps, with his disability, he is not able to endure filming for more than the occasional day. It may take more out of him than it does others.
If you know that he has cerebral palsy then why did you refer to him as deaf? Are you intentionally being ableist or are you just embarrassingly ignorant?
I don't mean to be horrible but when his head appeared from behind the door wobbling it did make me laugh.. I'll see myself out
Pardon. Someone asked who the deaf Dingle was and Ryan could present as being deaf due to his speech impediment if you did not know he had he had CP.
