She’s so defensive and inappropriate in a lot of what she says, she literally can’t help herself. Self congratulating by saying they got a fence “but weren’t mandated to”, I’m sorry, why would you need to be mandated? That’s not something to say as though that makes it better and you should be proud of yourself.
I think she’s probably referring to reports that child protection services ordered them to get a pool fence after Trigg died. By saying they weren’t mandated to she’s confirming this is not the case.
Had a pool fence for ‘well over a year now’ and yet, I wouldn’t even say that Trigg has been dead for ‘well over’ a year.

Im surprised she came back with this , its rambling , unpolished and its giving two fingers to everything she has been reading on social media , surely even die hard fans have to agree , it's awful. She talks about hindsight like they picked the wrong paint colour or something . It's clearly a lie about teddy being fussy so he was out of the life jacket, why would that stop him bring fussy ? But the lie , blaming their one year old for their incompetence, you would wonder of they are both angry at trigg for falling into the pool and ruining their shallow existence.

She just sounds like she's irritated that everyone won't let her forget it. The tears are the tears you cry when you're angry. Not upset. If it was taken off for "moments" then there wouldn't have been enough time for a photo. And we all know that it takes SECONDS for a tragedy to happen. She should know that more than anyone. She's just an idiot. And calculated.
The irony is, if she had stuck to her word, like she said after T1 passed, "of not sharing her kids any more", her neglect on the boat wouldn't have come to light, but because she can't help herself, adding the little teases, flashes and snippets of T2 in the videos, she exposed herself. It's her own fault, she cannot help herself, she needs and craves attention. She has made enough money to give up social media, she doesn't need to do this any more. They can sell that house, buy a smaller one and invest the rest of the money to generate an income for life.
Unfortunately for them, the negative commentary online will never stop because their child has died due to their neglect, people will not allow them to forget that. If they can't handle the heat, they should go away and get off social media, otherwise, shape up and stop being neglectful parents on camera and then uploading footage of the neglect online for the world to see, criticise and judge them.

She's facing the consequences now of coming back to public life far too soon after Trigg died. Had she taken a year out, and then come back she'd have had a huge audience and be grifting well with sponsorship. Instead, she's showed that she's more about the money than she is safety and she can't backtrack on that. Hence the angry tears "how dare y'all call me out on this when we've got so much hindsight".

To be fair to her the video on the boat came from one of her friends who was there, not Emilie herself.
She knew her friend was filming and uploading the content to social media, after she had already said "i'm not sharing my kids anymore". No doubt in my mind she would have checked the vid before it was uploaded and been ok with the snippet of T2 to give her "fans" a sneaky glimpse of him. It backfired on her negligent backside because she's too dumb to realise how negligent she is. If she was a "helicopter parent", that she stated she would become after the accident with T1, then T2 would never have spent any amount of time on a speedboat in the ocean without a life jacket.
Or moments !!!
