This was so preventable. She didn’t need to show them on a boat without life jackets if she has decided she’s above water safety (again) or she could have just made sure everyone had their life jackets on (because you know she has learnt water is dangerous) but aesthetics or whatever won again!!

It was her friend who posted it, I bet she's furious at her!

The face that NONE of the adults on the boat had issues with filming the kids without a life vest for the purpose of posting it on social media shows they don’t have any clue/concern about water safety. Teddy was just in she background but the other kids were filmed heavily without a vest on. They just don’t care at all

she can shove her chatgpt instagram story!! she's only upset because she got caught out and people have picked up on it. they were probably both convinced they were back in everyones good books and she could exploit her pregnancy and new baby for views and no one would ever say anything negative about either of them again.

She definitely thought she was forgiven and everyone had moved on!

I think it's pretty clear by now that she nor Brady have ANY parental instincts. Hence Trigg dying, and them playing roulette with Teddy. I feel quite sick that she's bringing another poor child into a life where neither parent would appear to be able to keep them safe.

" we should have done better" "we live with that every single day"
You absolutely do not, because if you did, getting onto a boat at all with that baby, LET ALONE without a life jacket wouldn't enter your head.
She must genuinely be lack brain cells, or is a psychopath, because she just doesn't seem to grasp that one of her children is literally dead from something preventable, and the same could've easily happened to the other. It's like she's apologising for leaving the fridge open again, not for something as horrific as she is! I'm honestly BAFFLED.

I commented on this thread a few times when the police report came out. Something I’d like to add about their negligence with the pool that may have been forgotten from the police report is that it’s dangerous for pool owners to keep pool toys on the side of the pool. When pool time is done, they are meant to be put away for 2 big reasons: 1 the kids are attracted to them 2 they are a tripping hazard and Trigg did indeed trip over a pool toy and that’s how he ended up in the pool. Amongst all the other things they had installed but didn’t use: kid catcher net, pool cover, door alarms, high up inside locks so kids can’t get to the pool areas on their own and surveillance cameras. All useless with these two running a home with small children, Brady being the most culpable.

I also have no doubt that Arizona will eventually unseal the records. The judge deciding if they should be unsealed is the same judge who sealed them last year so it make take time but the lawyer for the bodycam channel has already indicated to the judge in the record that if he denies the request, they will take it higher. The only thing that should and will remain sealed imo is the security footage of Trigg drowning and any life saving measures being performed on Trigg will be blurred or cut out.
In 2024 in Maricopa county, a man named Christopher Scholtes, who had a regular practice of leaving his daughter in the car to nap, knowing the car/air con turns off after half an hour, forgot about his daughter. Every other time in the hot Arizona sun was fine but he was also a useless SAHD. Wife is/was a Dr and he was drinking beer and watching porn. Wife came home and asked where the youngest was and they find her in the car. She dies, he takes a second plea after refusing a first and took his life the day he was meant to report for prison for 20 years. Point is, all the body cam is out there and it’s the public’s right to access in the states. She won’t win this in the long term, especially as a public figure which has an even lower bar for the right of access and it was in the same county. She’s fighting this so hard because the public will see why the cops pushed for a prosecution and then questions will be asked as to why Brady and Emilie to a lesser extent haven’t faced charges. And I’m pretty sure there is no statute of limitations on criminal deaths so it could be re-investigated at some point. My opinion but I’m willing to bet we will see it sometime whether the judge denies the request or not. There are other pathways. Rest in peace Trigg and Parker

I’m certain the irony is lost on Emilie that she ran to her daddy to protect her but where was Trigg’s daddy to protect him?
I’m also fairly sure the reason she stayed isn’t from love and forgiveness and respect. I doubt they have a prenup, he would be entitled to half so he’s worth more to her as “a couple” making money than having to split it all up and he wants a cushy life without having to work. With all the recording and cameras that go on in that house, they probably have a lot more on each other.

Josh from dad challenge podcast or whatever is starting to grind on me but he's right saying if Justin Timberlake got DUI footage put out there then so will the Kisers

Top story in the Daily Mail US homepage. Rip Haze, another bright light failed by adults who were meant to protect him.
I just don’t get the complacency when it comes to children, especially young children and backyard pools. Its not a tragic accident. It’s negligent and it’s reckless disregard for human life when you have a pool, young children and no safety precautions. I don’t know the details here but we’ll see if there are charges

There's a young couple in our village who've just bought a beautiful old farmhouse and it's got a massive pond in the garden. They've also got a 2 month old baby, and seeing them make this pond bigger/better by adding huge stones and planting round it was really bothering me. Thankfully I walked past it yesterday, and they've had railings and low wiring installed all around it.

How anyone has a pool with young children is beyond me, let alone an outdoor one with no lockable fence/cover. It's the basic rule of parenting - kids and water are a deathly combination if not managed.

I can't fathom what kind of grandparent would defend their negligent son in law knowing he's is responsible for their grandchild's death?!
