Because her social media accounts are effectively an echo chamber. She blocks those who call her out on her behaviour, and is solely surrounded by those who enable her fantasy life of being the perfect wife and mother living the perfect life. Trigg's death could have brought it all round her like a deck of cards, but she's given 100% focus to maintaining this perfect bubble she's created instead of retreating from public life and grieving her child.
I’ve never seen a tattle statement so true. Nail on the head. She hasn’t grieved him, you cannot grieve when you don’t allow yourself to feel. It is so obvious that she is in a typical influencers super robotic “my life is perfect” state of mind. If that was me I’d be up on stage in schools, work places giving speeches on water safety, I’d be promoting pool fences, pool alarms, the importance of pool covers, I’d be doing EVERYTHING I could to prevent anyone else from losing a child to drowning.
Sometimes I sit and think, wouldn’t it be nice to be rich, to have lots of money and not have to worry about finances and then something like this humbles me once again. I’m rich because I have 2 beautiful healthy kids and a husband who would crawl to the ends of the earth for his family.
She only disappeared for a few months when he died so that she could get her and that POS into some wacky grief retreat and get to making baby number 3 whilst rich daddy lawyer sorted out legalities and made sure Brady didn’t get any prison time.
I’d have way more respect for her if she came back and said that it’s been hell, that Brady
ducked up and she’s navigating how to move on as a family, that she has been in the pits of grief. I’d think
bleeping fair play to come on and be real about how it feels to lose your child to something so preventable if their parent is competent but no, Emilie came back posting close ups of her “glass skin” advertising moisturisers and her latest outfit and dancing with her friends. What a very sad life.
