Yeah i would say if you're not doing heavy sweaty exercise, electrolytes are not needed and could be harmful if you have too much, especially if they aren't properly balance like a lot of the ones on the market arent. And if youre gonna have any its more of 1 serving per day so not something to have all day. Electrolytes are not a juice and shouldn't be used as such.Do you need the electrolytes? I drink a fair amount during the day but I drink squash. I don't tend to drink a lot of plain water .
