Eczema

Hi!

I have had eczema on and off for years and right now it is really bad. Stress-related I think. I used to use Aveeno unscented daily moisturizer which would help but it seems to be making it worse now.
Has anyone on here tried La Roche Posay Lipikar AP+M balm? It has great reviews but is expensive. The eczema is on my stomach and behind my knees.
